Good service excellent meal and good ambiance.the price was fair for the location and quality of the food
Food was average. Definitely not worth the price! Two people got the cowboy ribeye and both got sick. Will not return.
Our server was wonderful. The food however, was extremely disappointing. The Saffron chowder was lacking any actual saffron and the frozen over cooked seafood made it even less pleasant. The split king crab legs were not split and obviously frozen Sam's club warmed in an oven and very over cooked.

Atmosphere is wonderful. Service was perfect! Food is top notch. I did request my filet med rare, it was more medium but decent. Eat the bread!!!
Absolutely wonderful food and service. The bar area was a little loud, but we weren't in the bar area so no problem. My friend had a steak and I had the salmon. Both dishes were fantastic.
Seriously understaffed last night. Took too long to get our drink over, but, when we left we understood why. One bartender for the entire restaurant. I have no complaints on the meal. New York strip and King Crab claws were excellent. And, of course, the Saffron Chowder was spot on. As we were leaving, every table top and the entire length of the bar was covered in dirty dishes. That explains the matre de was doubling as a bus boy last night. I love coming to Phillip M's, but, I hate to say, the entire casino is due for a major refresh.
My husband and I had the bone-in ribeye. It was tender, juicy, and cooked to the perfect temperature. It was the best steak I've had in a long time.
I have to say the service was good. food, not so much. I was disappointed.I ordered a 20 oz steak, served a 12 ounce steak and asparagus was not cooked. sauce for steak tasted straight like celery :(
Always great food and beverage, no one stocks finer spirits than Philip! A big thank u to Christina and Alyssa for going out of their way for to go food as my wife was sick.
Two of us ordered the filet and it cut like butter and melted in your mouth! One also had the lobster tail and she loved it. The other had the strip steak and it also was very tender. Salads were great as were the breads. We always enjoy Phillip M's when we come to PRR. A trip is never complete without one special dinner. It is always delicious and enjoyable.

Environment was nice. Steaks were not as good as our last visit. A little over done. Server was not very friendly. Rolls were very good. Was just an ok experience for the money spent.
We go specifically for the saffron chowder which is normally excellent. This last time, it was lukewarm and the pastry was not cooked well. We really enjoyed the bread basket with the butter and sea salt. Prices are ridiculously high.
My first visit was a very good experience. I started with a Caesar salad, their variation was a little different, pleasant visually, the taste was A little lacking for my taste in a Caesar dressing. My entrée was the Seabass. It was perfectly prepared and paired extremely well with the charred corn and potatoes. Wonderful setting for a nice dinner.

Our meal and service were excellent. Filet was perfectly cooked, brussel sprouts were devine. Loaded baked potato was perfect. One of our favorite places to eat . Always great food and service.
I'd heard great things about Phillip M's and that was our choice for a date night. Great atmosphere! The appetizer of popcorn shrimp was delicious. The cowboys ribeye was superb! The baked potato was cold. We'll go back but will try another side.
