Absolutely wonderful food and service. The bar area was a little loud, but we weren't in the bar area so no problem. My friend had a steak and I had the salmon. Both dishes were fantastic. 
Seriously understaffed last night. Took too long to get our drink over, but, when we left we understood why. One bartender for the entire restaurant. I have no complaints on the meal. New York strip and King Crab claws were excellent. And, of course, the Saffron Chowder was spot on. As we were leaving, every table top and the entire length of the bar was covered in dirty dishes. That explains the matre de was doubling as a bus boy last night. I love coming to Phillip M's,...
I have to say the service was good. food, not so much. I was disappointed.I ordered a 20 oz steak, served a 12 ounce steak and asparagus was not cooked. sauce for steak tasted straight like celery :(
