my wife and I ordered 2 of their melt boxes....she got a meat lover and I a pepperoni both with chicken. the melts were almost completely burnt and on my chicken I ordered regular buffalo sauce on them which I've gotten a few times, but this time they were completely inedible because they used the hottest buffalo sauce they offer. also while waiting for our food there was an employee there that was wearing regular crocks with no socks...that's gross and unprofessional. don't recommend...save your money and buy frozen pizza...they probably will taste better

My order was wrong and rather than make it right, they threw some pepperoni on the cheese pizza and gave me back the same pizza. Didn't even try to run it back through the oven to cover up what they did or reheat the pizza. I will never again order from the Philadelphia, MS location. Too bad you can't give zero stars on these reviews.

Our pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were improperly cut! The cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were just cut once down the middle! From advertising, both should have been cut down the middle and across to actually make sticks! Then we had medium pizzas and all the slices were irregularly cut! Both pizzas did not have one slice that was equal in size. Pizza Hit use to be our family “Go to” pizza restaurant but after last night I am not sure when we will be back.

This store makes whatever substitutes they want, won't take the extra charge off when they do sub something lesser, always says they will leave a note on the board to have a remake when they mess up. Funny that there is never a note found when you call back another day and any credit they say they will be on your account miraculously never shows up. Then you get told there is nothing they can do about it. Horrible service for mediocre food at best.

The pizza was bland and way too greasy; all the cheese and toppings were sort of just solidified together like a piece of carpet. Floors were filthy, just sticky and had food everywhere. Same for the tables. Woman working there was nice enough, just clearly overwhelmed and irritated.

I want so badly to score them higher, but I simply cannot. Our orders have been wrong quite often. I always order on the app and pick it up at the store. Order before last they did not have something I ordered. Instead of just refunding for what they didn't have, the lady told the person picking it up (I was at work still) that she would credit my account $10. That credit never showed up. Our order last night was incorrect. When they get it right, its wonderful! It's just the getting it correct part that seems to be a problem lately.

Ordered a bunch of wings asked for one thing of ranch said if I wanted any ranch had to buy it or they wuld just refund it so they refunded my whole order instead of just giving me one pack of ranch lol wow
Ordered take out.. asked for a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Was good. Asked for 2 breadsticks with bacon add. We have done before. They did it for us before. This time they didn't. We came to the window. They were noisily looking into our truck over and over.. really strange. Were talking around.. talking to each other.. fooling around.. they seem to have people there that didn't even work there... just seemed like no really cared it seemed.. My order was wrong.. no bacon on breadsticks.. not to mention the food was cold.. cheese wasnt cooked enough.. and we paid 31 bucks.. havent been here in a year.. last time we came was good. But has went downhill... come on pizza hunt! Clean it up so I can come back and change this review!
