My last few orders haven't been great, but my goodness, this is the best Pizza Hut I've had in Philadelphia! Someone deserves a raise! Thank you for taking such care of my food!
Our pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were improperly cut! The cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were just cut once down the middle! From advertising, both should have been cut down the middle and across to actually make sticks! Then we had medium pizzas and all the slices were irregularly cut! Both pizzas did not have one slice that was equal in size. Pizza Hit use to be our family “Go to” pizza restaurant but after last night I am not sure when we will be back.
I want so badly to score them higher, but I simply cannot. Our orders have been wrong quite often. I always order on the app and pick it up at the store. Order before last they did not have something I ordered. Instead of just refunding for what they didn't have, the lady told the person picking it up (I was at work still) that she would credit my account $10. That credit never showed up.
