Sonic is the only fast food restaurant that I go to. Sadly they are about to be taken off the list. Drinks are ok, lately they have had a funny taste. Like the mix has been off. The blast aren’t nearly as good as they used to be, and more expensive than what they should be. I’d like to complain the moment I get my order, but I’m not risking them making it again. Their body language tells me all I need to know. Honestly if the product was good, I could care less about the staff. Hopefully this place can have a quick turnaround.

I waited over 30 minutes for a kids meal and a corn dog and water. I would’ve gladly left but no one would answer the red button to get me a refund since they couldn’t produce the food. Tried to give them a call since they refused to answer the button….no answer! When my food was finally brought it was cold and the person said not a single word to me.

I just want to know who's bright idea it is to stop serving ice cream before 930p on a Friday in the middle of summer. Not its broken or we are out, just simply we are done with ice cream for the night. Which means its a choice, you choose not to serve ice cream. It takes at the most 10-15 minutes to clean the machine. Not to mention its 1/2 off drinks after a certain time. That's crazy. Yall was smart to bring the smash burger, but now twice ive been told your done with ice cream, but yet the people next to me ordered root beer floats, which has ice cream. That's just pure laziness. And so i ask my carhop, how come they can get a root beer float, he said because they ordered online i said, i heard them order, his response was he didn't take the order , he doesn't know what they got going on. I asked what that meant, he replied its not his problem, i said thats bs... Oh i crossed the line then. Yall are a joke, if you don't like your job quit. I still tipped by the way, he took that. Yall allow a culture like that in your restaurant and itll put you out of business. My family wont be back 50-60$ every visit. Ill take my money elsewhere

I stopped by Sonic craving one of their classic chili cheese dogs, but unfortunately, the first one I received was a bit of a letdown. It was cold, and the cheese hadn’t even melted which really took away from the whole experience. BUT shoutout to James, my carhop, who completely turned things around. He was super kind, understanding, and didn’t hesitate to make it right. He personally made sure I got a fresh, hot chili cheese dog that looked and tasted exactly how it should. His attitude was so genuine and sweet, it honestly saved the visit. So anytime you visit make sure you get him as your carhop!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't know what is going on this time.. but I ordered 3 things. Ice cream machine didn't work . Okay that's fine. But I couldn't get that.
So I ordered the pizza bite things and I ordered a small mozzarella stick. All on the menu, okay? In less then 5 mins, on the board. It said they were on the way. No they weren't?
15 or so minutes later... they come yell me they don't have the pizza bites. 20 minutes later? Why? Why not come tell me I like 5? Why did the board say were coming 4 or 5 mins in?
We showed up around 9:50 pm. I didn't get to leave until 10:27 pm I asked for my money back. They brought me 2 mozzarella orders... 30 plus minutes to get nearly nothing I asked for.
I saw roaches everywhere outside in the seating area. Had plenty of time to look around.. cause I had to wait so long.
The food when I got it. It wasn't even warm! Whyyyy! I love going here! Their shakes are so good! Please change so I can come back... I will put another review when I go back... Happened July 2nd.
i ordered a small m&m blast and it was only halfway full and they didn’t put a cherry on the top and they barely put any m&ms in it. i also sat here for 30 minutes waiting on one item which was the m&m blast. never will i ever order ice cream from sonic again! #junctionhersheyicecreamontop

If you order anything with regular Coconut you have to express to them several times the CLEAR COCONUT because they will still end up brining you the Blue Coconut with whatever you order

The app never works. Paid full price ($12) for 3 drinks because the app is completely neglected even though it's constantly advertised. On top of that, my cherry limeaide was literally undrinkable. It was straight lime juice. Had to go buy my own drink mixers to fix the drink because the employees obviously had no clue of how to properly mix a drink.
