I stopped by Sonic craving one of their classic chili cheese dogs, but unfortunately, the first one I received was a bit of a letdown. It was cold, and the cheese hadn’t even melted which really took away from the whole experience. BUT shoutout to James, my carhop, who completely turned things around. He was super kind, understanding, and didn’t hesitate to make it right. He personally made sure I got a fresh, hot chili cheese dog that looked and tasted exactly how it should....
If you order anything with regular Coconut you have to express to them several times the CLEAR COCONUT because they will still end up brining you the Blue Coconut with whatever you order
Guy was nice taking order. Food was hot & delivered at a good speed. The gal that brought our order was nice & friendly. Overall good! Was there earlier in week & had good experience as well!
