The 2 ladies in there were awesome and the store was immaculate, my only complaint is; I wish subway would stop sending coupons in the mail IF no one honors it. Was going to use cash but instead had to use my card because it was doubled for 3 sandwiches. Absolutely not the employees fault but they might come across a disgruntled customer one day and that is not right.

Nothing wrong with the food. However, I was telling the employee, Shalonda or Sholonda (I can’t remember how her name is spelled), what to add on the 6-inch sub. She made a comment/question about me being on a diet. That was out of line. Whether someone is on a diet is none of her business. I told her it wasn’t for me, it was for my mother. She doesn’t know this, but my mother is disabled and her health declined over years. My mom doesn’t eat as much as she used to. Sometimes, my mom isn’t able to finish the 6-inch. I ignored her and continued my day. Still, it’s inappropriate to make comments or ask questions like that.

For a subway this is a good one. Plenty of room inside, open till 10 pm, and a friendly staff. The only reason it's not a 5 Star is it just needs some updates cosmetically. Drive past Carthage and come to this one!

Stopped by this place on 2/26/2022, time on the door had closing at 10 p.m., we made it around 9:10 p.m. Employees were inside, but turned off the lights and went to the back when we got out our vehicle. ??♂️
