places my order on the app at about 9:25pm i pull up to the speaker at about 9:28 and told them my name i pull around and get my drink and they tell me to go to the front so i did and waited 30 minutes still haven’t got my food so i go back to the window and they said the fries are still cooking so i pull back to the front and waited 5 more minutes still haven’t got my food. so i leave i go back about an hour later and tell them what happened at the speaker and they got attitudes and was rude for something they did so we pull to the front and waited another 15 minutes for my food to finally come out at about 11:00. mind you they was rude to me the first time i was up there for a simple order and i was as calm as i could be, never got attitude or anything but i treated like crap right back!!

The food at this Taco bell has improved greatly. since the last review I gave. Every thing we had was good they did for get the pico on the crispy chicken tacos but one mistake I can over look.

This place is the absolute worst. I know that not every time is going to be a 5 star visit BUT the past 4 times it's been straight trash. The employees are extremely rude, the place is filthy, the drink machines rarely ever work, the food is ALWAYS going to be wrong and that's if they even make it. The only option for this place is to just shut down or fire every single person that works there now.

Place is tearable to dine in could not get any service,stood at the register for 10 minutes then a lady told me if I wanted to order use the machine. Took me 5 minutes more to figure it out then what I wanted wasn't even on the machine. The ppl working here suck fatigue is real

This is the slowest fast place ever… the service is slow as hell and sucks… I’ve been here 30 mins and have yet to be acknowledged or food delivered… have to use a computer to order food.. all I ordered is a deluxe box 3 soft tacos and two burritos and I havent been acknowledged yet… slowest place ever… 30 mins and nothing… they need help!!

Rude employees using language towards customer. Waited 15 before my order to be made and attitude for back staff. Ordered Large drink and was told rudely we don't have large cup. I paid for large cup but didn't get it. If you don't like your job find something else to do or stay at home

Newer review: Bought 40 dollars worth of food.. it was cold.. the burritos were tiny and made wrong.. the frys I got were stale. I am 100% shocked. I love getting food from here. This time was horrible. The best part was the tea and sauce... was a 2 star.. went down to a 1 for me..
Old review but a review. I will start off by saying.. the food was very good. I enjoyed my meal. But sheesh. Walked in they told us to order on the kiosk? I think that's how it's spelt. They made us order on that. They were not taking orders. There was more then 4 people back there.. they also refused a elderly women... she left. Made a 3rd customer redo her order and also ignored her. I watched as they made the lady wait for her drinks she already purchased for more then 5 minutes. I ordered the jalapeno frys. Was like a supreme order. No jalapenos? Take it off the menu then! The other food I ordered was correct and good. I enjoyed it. Had to ask and wait on my drinks for some reason? Even though there are fountains on our side? Had to wait again.. for forks.. I waited longer then sat and ate.. workers didn't seem like they cared. Were loud. The dinning area had trash everywhere.. dust filled the windows and seats. Disappointed. Love eating at Tacobell.. the food is great. Just the service is always horrible. Refusing an elderly person? Really? Now that's low. Step it uo Taco Bell 🔔!
