09/12/24 We decided to stop here. I had a coupon for a $3.99 Ruben sandwich that I had received from this exact restaurant. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 jalapeno sliders, 2 orders of cheese sticks, the Ruben sandwich. The woman working told us the total and to pull to the next window. We paid, but after looking at the receipt I noticed the Ruben was $4.99. I mentioned this to the woman working and she told me she couldn't honor the coupon because it wasn't in their system. Told her I got the coupon from this location and she just shrugged and closed the window.
We drove off when we should have checked the rest of the food. The jalapeno sliders had no cheese on them and were put together sloppier than a McDonald's burger.
Super disappointing service. Unfortunately we won't be back here anytime soon .

Doesn't French dip sandwiches have the aujus dip and Swiss cheese??? Not mine. Why does the 9.29 Big Cheese burger have no cheese,much less 2 kinds. I haven't eaten fast food in 6 years....but I was hungry...now I hate myself for going there. Never ever again. The people that work there are totally ignorant. Don't feel bad,there is ignorance everywhere around this place.You really need a zero. I love your concern....all you can say is,Sorry to hear that. That's what I will say when you go out of business.

I have been sitting for 10 min with one person in front of me just to have the man when I get there till me now I have to wait... 39.86 for three meals... this is why arbys won't last. Just like the one on Manhattan on west bank

Staff was very nice, BUT soon as we walked in there was a terrible water leak in the lobby so not many places to sit. Ordered the loaded fries and you’d think i ordered regular fries. No sauce, two pieces of chicken and a sample of cheese. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Closes at 11 pm...I get to drive thru with 15 min till closing and they ignore I'm there. The worst Arby's ever!!!!

Made a mobile order just 3 minutes before id arrive that way food would be good and fresh. Chicken had obviously been cooked more than thirty minutes prior, fries were cold and on top of that my wrap was ripped, and couldn't even be eaten as intended!

Super slow service, sitting in the drive through is dreadful and always takes 30-45 minutes to get from the menu to the window. Food is not that good to be that expensive. A $25 meal is insane for bad food. Some workers are nice but some aren’t and just wave you off. I refuse to come here
