So me and a friend went to Arby's and there was only ONE person in the store and the poor guy looked so lost mind you he was new! He went outside to ask for help and then he made a mistake so went again to get help and the lady (I'm guessing manager) was extremely rude to this young man in FRONT of us!! His name was louis and he was an absolute sweetheart! That lady Betty however? Needs to treat her employees better!! Know better do better!! Treat others with kindness! But again huge shout-out to louis!! An absolute sweetheart!

Took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwich and fries not crowded only had two workers. The gentleman working the front gave my sandwich to another guest. Y'all need to hire more workers. Two just ain't cutting it.

Ordered a blt chicken sandwich and was given a chicken sandwich drenched in honey mustard. The blt chicken sandwich was supposed to be chicken bacon lettuce and tomatoes. I hate mustard and I wanted $7.
Store employee told me they were short handed and only one cash register and wouldn't take my order. But served the people behind me. Unbelievable. Will not be back.

Stopped here for a number one combo on New Year’s Eve. Spentt $11.33 on a sand which that was just thrown together and looked like it had been ran over. The fries were old and cold and ithr fry carton wasn’t slightly over half full . The fries were so old and disgusting that I couldn’t finish them. Was hoping to enjoy my cheat meal but it was gross and totally not worth 11 bucks.
