09/12/24 We decided to stop here. I had a coupon for a $3.99 Ruben sandwich that I had received from this exact restaurant. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 jalapeno sliders, 2 orders of cheese sticks, the Ruben sandwich. The woman working told us the total and to pull to the next window. We paid, but after looking at the receipt I noticed the Ruben was $4.99. I mentioned this to the woman working and she told me she couldn't honor the coupon because it wasn't...
I have been sitting for 10 min with one person in front of me just to have the man when I get there till me now I have to wait... 39.86 for three meals... this is why arbys won't last. Just like the one on Manhattan on west bank
Today we ordered a combo and a sandwich to go .. When we got home we only. had the sandwich, our bad for not checking, I called and they said yes they had my sandwich. When I went back, I have never met such a rude staff. I went through the line because it was raining and sat and sat and when I got to the window, It was handed to me, and the window shut immediately, no , I'm sorry. nothing.. Service is a major part of a company.. It wasn't displayed today
