I have been looking forward to trying bojangles for a long time, as we don't have them up north. While traveling to Texas, I got the opportunity to stop here finally, and it was by far a TOTAL disappointment! Nothing short of DISGUSTING food! The chicken might have been good if it wasn't so soggy, like it was soaked in dish water before being put in a bag! Not even exaggerating with this. The biscuit was completely inedible, just a hard and dry piece of cardboard. Couldn't even get that down with water added. I don't like to leave bad reviews unless something was extraordinarily wrong. My dog wouldn't even eat this garbage! It got thrown in the trash at the next rest stop. I would have gone back to get a refund had I not already been down the road in Louisiana. There is nothing I can say that was good about this visit. After this experience, I doubt I will return to any bojangles at all. There's far better food out there! 👎👎

I went through the drive-thru I waited for 10 minutes for my food. I spent 13 dollars for a chicken sandwich combo. My potato cakes was old and burnt couldn't eat them. Ruined my meal. People pay to much money to get old food. The chicken was so hard I couldn't eat it. I saw a Manager there watching them bag my food he saw it and still let it go to a customer. Let's give people what they pay for fresh food not asking for much. I love Bojangles. I will not be back . People don't mind waiting for fresh food give them a option don't just give them nasty food.

Picayune Bojangles is always clean, employees great and food always fresh and good.
Not sure why the reviews are bad. Clean place, polite staff and the chicken tenders were great. Could lighten up a little on the seasoning salt for the fries they were really salty. My first time trying their chicken and I wish they were out in SoCal.

I ordered the 3 piece combo with Cajun rice, and a side order of the peach cobbler. Immediately upon opening my box, I removed the biscuit and there was a piece of blonde/ginger hair on top of the container of my Cajun rice. I took it back and they remade the order. Minutes down the road I decided to try the peach cobbler and there was another piece of hair. Two dishes with hair in it is disappointing especially after a remake.
