Ordered breakfast combo..zero ice in medium coke, apparently asking fir ice is a no no when their ice machine is down..like the customers are suppose to know. That should be told when ordering! Hashbrowns taste like they have been cooked in month old grease and are so hard tou cant bite thru. After I asked for refund on drink..the manager wanted to argue with me regarding the card i used..they need to learn customer service badly. Its more than saying have a nice day!

We ordered a few things for a few people and one of them was a crispy chicken sandwich. When we got it, it was so dark that it looked almost burnt. We asked them to make us a new one and they said that it would be 7 minutes. After 10 minutes we reminded them that we were waiting on the sandwich and we finally got it as we were leaving. While we were waiting, another guy came in from the drive thru and made them remake his chicken nuggets. There was also no ice in the machine. The lady (Jenny) made us feel like it was a bother to get us ice from by the drive thru. The lady (Jenny) who originally took our order was not very friendly but the guy (Christopher) with the glasses and beard who was putting the food in the bags was very helpful and friendly and the only one who seemed to care.

2nd time they’ve made my order in correctly. This time they failed to add the bacon to the bacon double cheeseburger.
Also, the burger was sloppily assembled and almost the entire outside of the bun was smeared with ketchup and mustard.

Went in for lunch and it was so hot inside that it was actually better to eat outside in our car. Cashier said management has thermostat on 77 degrees, can you believe we are suppose to eat in a building that is 77 degrees?
