My girlfriend and I just ate here in the last hour and a half. We ordered, among other things, 4 cookies through the drive thru. We decided to eat in our vehicle in the parking lot while the food was hot. When we got to the cookies, we found they gave us only 2 cookies. My girlfriend said no problem, we'll just go through the drive thru, and they'll make it good. Instead, the woman went off on us, insisting she knew that she put 4 cookies in the bag as they were the last of the cookies and became argumentative. My girlfriend said it's not worth arguing about. I disagree. It's the principle. I just finished searching the car and the bag thoroughly just to make certain we didnt over look them. There were only 2 cookies in the bag. My girlfriend and I have often wondered why this location isn't busier. Generally, they do a good job and are faster than most places. Perhaps we now know why. After thinking about how she reacted, we think she might have stolen them, and that's the reason for the over the top reaction. I suggest the owner review the security footage verify if she is telling the truth. We are not seeking anything. We just want to make the management/owner aware in case this isn't the only incident with this person. I don't appreciate being called a liar over $1.50 worth of cookies. We bought $30 worth of food. Geez. I guess the customer isn't always right even when they are at this place.

I just left with my family of 6 with the most enjoyable fast food dinner we have experienced in years.Most amazing staff , clean building , fast and hot service.I am so impressed. People sleep on burger king and in the past I’m sure management was due to that. But today , I swear it’s worth a retry ! I’m back to being a regular customer if this is the service I get from now on. They won this family back !
I'm glad I check my food before I eat it, I found a finger from a plastic glove in my burger. the ppl behind the counter didn't seem surprised but obviously they replaced it. no customers were inside and drive-thru was empty so it's pretty wild you put a glove in a burger and don't notice.

Never has biscuits ready in the morning... Staff horribly trained and obviously care about one thing - the paycheck. Worst fast food joint in Picayune by far. Dear owner: please retire, you are wasting a good location. Let someone who can run a business have a go at it.

I had to get a refund. I placed my order at 10:50am inside the store. When I asked about my order at 11:05, I was told that the meat would take about 20 minutes. So, I asked for a refund and left.

Food is always old never fresh. I live down the street and have gone several times and it is never been fresh. Buns are hard, lettuce is brown, tomatoes are rotting and the meat is always cold and old. Complained several times just to be told that’s how we do it. I normally love Burger King but the picayune location is always a disappointment and un edible. Not to mention the fries taste like they’ve been cooked 4 days ago and hard as rocks. Asked to have my food cooked fresh and I’d wait as long as it took yet told we always make it fresh yet given the same old rotting burger which I couldn’t even feed my dog. I hope you can get a better staff with some type of pride in what they serve not just give out rotting food so they can get back on their cell phones. Worst place I’ve ever been too…
