Spending $60 for food that is not that great for the 2nd time. I always give a 2nd chance then if its not better i want go back. Crab cake was not cooked all the way and it had that old crab taste to it. The eggplant was sliced thin as a sheet of paper. The seafood nacho cheese was so thick it clunked up. The flies in the eating area were terrible. It took so long to get our food the apps came out with the meal. So we got all the food at one time. It just was not worth $60!

response to owner: customers who have a bad experience are three times more likely to write an angry review than customers who had a great experience. you should know this if you are a professional unlike your response and poor attempt of gaslighting me.

The food was amazing. I ordered crab meat stuffed bell peppers on top of Cajun Alfredo angel hair pasta. It's kind of loud in the restaurant. It gets a bit loud in there when there's several tables. I would highly recommend!!
Extremely understaffed, left one waitress to handle a Large group and no other waitresses or managers stepped up to assist. Food was cold or missing and the waitress told is "they yell if I have to take it back". Unfortunately we won't be back.

Wanted a nice dinner with my daughter but she ordered the bbq shrimp and when she bit into it they weren’t even cooked at all she almost got sick and wouldnt eat anything else the fried foods were bland had to add lots of salt son n law asked for no tomatoes on his sandwich and there were lots not worth the $100 i spent wont be returning waitress said we were second group to gwwt bad food

Picayune is a small town with a big heart, choices of restaurants are limited. With that said, the food was mediocre (nothing to go crazy for) service was top notch and the atmosphere was out of place. Should have been embracing where they are located and not where they wish.

July 2, 2024 - Have eaten here several times and the food was always amazing. Yesterday, the food was horrible. One of the dishes we ordered was a typical New Orleans recipe but was unlike what the menu described. It smelled awful. They boxed it, we took it with us and tossed it in the garbage because of the smell. Catfish and fries could not have been freshly made. Limp, pale & rubbery and small pieces of whatever (?) was fried previously were mixed in with the fries. $60 plus. We live an hour away. So very disappointing.
Our waitress was exceptional! Not her fault their bar selection on tap was scant and took 20 minutes to be served.
Our sever Kaden was awesome. Kept our drinks full and everything came out correct. Very kind and friendly. The food was alright. The crab cakes were very good!
