My 1st. Visit to a Hardee’s . This will be my last visit. I was the only customer at 4:30 pm on 11/07/2024 .The drive through employee was sleeping in a booth with his headphone on when I walked in. My hamburger was barely warm and my fries were cold. I did ask and received fresh fries. When I left the restaurant the cashier was outside talking to someone visiting her. Very poorly run restaurant.

Drive thru order, ordered chicken combo plain with a Coke Zero. When I opened my sandwich it had mayo and pickles and it was a regular Coke. Also asked for ketchup packets and these were left out. Fries tasted old.

Went to Hardee's in Picayune, Ms around 9:30 pm on 9/19/24. Ordered a mushrooms Swiss burger combo and 2 chicken tender combos, 3 pcs each. Son said mushrooms Swiss combo was ok, but both chicken tender combos was horrible. The chicken tenders were burnt, hard and so dried out that we could not even eat them. French fries were cold and the coke did not even taste like coke. Gave the food to the dogs. Never had a problem with Hardee's food before and get breakfast there often. But tonight the food was disgusting.
