Honestly, this was both the best customer service and the best food my husband and I have had at a hardees ever. If we lived closer, this would be our fast food stop, but unfortunately we are just passing through
The lady at the drive thru, Willene I think? Absolutely the sweetest. And the other lady who brought our food out was so kind and put a smile on our face.

This particular Hardee’s usually is 5 stars. Get rid of the guy working tonight—he will ruin your store! Ordered $5.99 bag—pick two—sign in the window. I asked why was it $6.99+tax instead. He got a nasty attitude immediately and said “you ordered 2 cheese burgers, not two different items”. I said “well your sign doesn’t say that”…immediately he fired back “well do you want it?”….WOW!!

It’s really nice to see somebody having good customer service skills at the drive-through window. Just want you to know how much I appreciate Kari for doing such a great job. I am a retired Customer Service trainer. And it’s refreshing to see people moved into things I used to teach.

My 1st. Visit to a Hardee’s . This will be my last visit. I was the only customer at 4:30 pm on 11/07/2024 .The drive through employee was sleeping in a booth with his headphone on when I walked in. My hamburger was barely warm and my fries were cold. I did ask and received fresh fries. When I left the restaurant the cashier was outside talking to someone visiting her. Very poorly run restaurant.

Drive thru order, ordered chicken combo plain with a Coke Zero. When I opened my sandwich it had mayo and pickles and it was a regular Coke. Also asked for ketchup packets and these were left out. Fries tasted old.
