Honestly, this was both the best customer service and the best food my husband and I have had at a hardees ever. If we lived closer, this would be our fast food stop, but unfortunately we are just passing through

The lady at the drive thru, Willene I think? Absolutely the sweetest. And the other lady who brought our food out was so kind and put a smile on our face.

It’s really nice to see somebody having good customer service skills at the drive-through window. Just want you to know how much I appreciate Kari for doing such a great job. I am a retired Customer Service trainer. And it’s refreshing to see people moved into things I used to teach.

Woman working drive through was awesome. Wish I could say that about their steak biscuits. They were horrible. Sorry we drove over there. The biscuits were as hard as rocks. Had to break off edges to try to eat my steak and egg biscuit. Husband's were just as bad. Steak wasn't good either. Won't be going back.
