We went in for Fathers Day to eat a late lunch and Adrianna was our server. She’s a very good server and nice as can be. She even tried to help soothe our toddler from being cranky. When we come back we will request Adrianna!

Update, they have improved some and even brought back a menu item that I loved. It's been a long time since I ate here because of the staff and the food quality but my dad wanted it so we met him there and I must say that it definitely got better all around!

went to grab my to go order after atleast 30 minutes and when I opened it it was still steaming and hot! kandace took care of me and was super cheerful and ready to get me set I will say they did forget my Tabasco and I can't eat my food without it but other than that it was great food has definitely changed you can taste the difference definitely recommended !

Sick and tired of prices going up. They had a $6 breakfast menu good Monday through Friday they done away with it so I started ordering from the 55+ menu today I go in there they went up $150 ihop like Waffle House goes up every 4 weeks reguardless. I spend about $500 a month at the picayune location but not anymore. My $500 won’t keep them open but it people like me that keeps them open. Everyone is using Joe Biden’s economy to keep going up under trumps economy should start going down but they are not. It’s time for price to start going down. The store in picayune in barley staying open you never see anyone there keep raising prices maybe you will go out of business

Horrible service. We arrived, only 2 of us, then table of 4 arrived 10 minutes after us. Sat directly behind us in booth and they were helped with drink and food orders before we ever were spoken to by a waiter. It was racially motivated, as expected, with these personnel on staff. Walked out and will never return. Also called corporate. Hopefully will get shut down.
The place was dead when me and my wife came in. The food took almost 40 min to get to my table. We didn't get all of our food at once and had to wait another 15 min for the rest . When we did get our food it was cold and the sausage was grimy .

I quit going here years ago after continued terrible experiences. I recently heard they were under new Management and was told to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE! They didn’t have many menu items and the item I came there for was one of them. The waitress then told me all of the other items they were out of. One of those items was creamers for coffee. Then It took 20 minutes for the staff just to get me some black coffee. 40 minutes later I finally got my cold food that wasn’t even what I wanted in the first place. They are always out of menu items and always slow. Save your time and money and spend it somewhere else. There are way better places to go in Picayune.

Honestly, if I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I paid $40 for literal trash because my food was not edible. My side salad that came with my burger was packaged with a very hot omelette & turned into a hot soggy salad that looked disgusting & smelled disgusting. Before this, they forgot to give us the omelette & salad so we had to go back once we had already gotten home.

I stop coming to this IHOP, because of the service, quality of food and general interpersonal treatment of the staff. After a year I decided to stop for breakfast and what a surprise. The first thing I noticed was the friendless of the staff, the concern for the diner. The coordination of the staff among one another show they are a good team. The food quality this time was great, the food was served with pride not just thrown on the plate. It is a great credit to the Manger and staff to make my dinning experience enjoyable.
