Terrible customer service. Been trying to purchase one of Katie’s Cakes. Sugar Love has the establishment now and the recipes!!! But the customer service is way below average! I talked to these folks multiple times since January 25th. They even assured me that I was fine to come in and take care of order THURSDAY!! Glad business is good enough for them to turn customers away. Keep up the good work.

Super nice bakery. Walked in asking for a dozen cookies and they were able to get me a fresh batch that was just coming out of the oven. Super nice people and really good cookies. Would recommend.

Her cakes, cupcakes,& kingcakes use to be the best. I purchased my daughters engagement, wedding, gender reveal cakes from her. Now they are dry and the icing doesn’t taste the same. And her prices have gone up. Tried Slidell & Picayune locations. Picayune, was underwhelming, the service was okay. You walk in expecting it to smell amazing and it smelled of air fresheners. Needless to say I will not be purchasing my sweets from Sugar Love anymore.

I miss Katy Cake and I feel like this transition is a true loss to Picayune. The frosting tastes incredibly fake similar to cheap Walmart frosting. Overpriced, tastes boxed, and just overall mid ��
Stopped in to check out sugar love and ended up getting an assortment of goodies. The chocolate chip cookie was awesome, but the turtle cookie is life altering😳 plus the girl that helped me was super sweet.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and was given the wrong kind of cake. It was overpriced which I wouldn’t have minded if I would’ve got what I ordered. They didn’t offer a replacement or any kind or a refund or discount. Received totally different order.

First of all she is very rude. She was rude to my children that picked up the cake. You’d think after charging 60 dollars she’d get the order right but no. She totally messed up our order gave us chocolate that we hated. Don’t waste your time here. Overpriced and can’t even get a simple order right.

We met the owner Katie today! Nice surprise. Cute little cake shop that specializes in wedding and birthday cakes. They have an assortment of cupcakes at the counter to buy separate or buy one of each like we did. You won't be disappointed by making a stop at this sweet tooth spot of goodness.
