On 11/09/2023 I was traveling back to Knoxville, Tennessee from Houston, Texas and stopped at this McDonald's around 4:30 a.m. Monique, who I assume is the manager, was walking inside the restaurant when I exited my vehicle. She let me know their lobby opened at 5:00 a.m. and I asked her if I could use their restroom. Without hesitation, she said,"you sure can." I’ve tried to speak with the area manager several times since January about the lack of cleanliness at this location. It’s the only place in town that has an indoor playplace for the little ones. My concerns were dismissed as if they were invalid. I was told they clean inside the playplace every week. You be the judge. I cringe having to let my children play inside of this. I keep going back bc the area manager, Steven assured me that they deep cleaned since my previous visit....read full review
