This is the 3rd time this week I've tried to stop at this McDonald's and they are saying the system crashed but I work in fast food so I know it's very unlikely for this to happen 3 times in one week I'm very disappointed and highly unsatisfied

Lady came across rude ! I called because my chicken sandwich was extremely old and dehydrated ! I was told they don’t do cook food fresh anymore and that what I got is all I was going to get from them !

I ordered online in the app so when I got there to pick up my order at the numbered parking the woman that was supposed to bring my order out to me refused to bring it to me! So she got the manager (just a child, by the way!) to bring it out. I'd say that customer service is less than a one star for this restaurant! The woman that was supposed to bring it to me, her name is Bobbi Jo. If she can't serve her customers she should not be working there!

Cola syrup turned down so low i can see through my drink, fries unsalted and cold quarter pounder made with small regular patty and non-mcdonalds products like straws and napkins. Worst mcdonalds ever
Used curbside service girl that brought my food didn’t say 1 word confirm name nothing. I kindly said thank you and she turned her back and walked off only to realize her unkind self forgot my straw
That was the fastest drive through service I ever had.

I want to pick up in Uber eats order and placed an ordered myself. My order was small so it was right before that Uber eats order but the Uber eats order was perfectly done and the customer service was fantastic. The food was fresh and hot. Especially the fries and that matters to me the most.

The DIY computer crap is ? Takes over 5 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. The last 2 mornings I grabbed my wife ONE coffee, it took over 15 minutes each time. UP YOUR GAME!
