This location was very nice years ago. I don't know if they are under new management, but this place is terrible now. Most of the employees stand around talking while ignoring customers. They shut down the front of the restaurant randomly when they are "short-staffed". The inside of the restaurant is always unclean. My kids beg to come here for the indoor PlayPlace. 🙄

I always order delivery here and every time they forget the small things first time was my extra sweet n sour sauce I paid extra for 4 but wasn't an issue as I can go in person and order something and get extra sauce no charge but this time I ordered 2 bacon qpc one was with bacon and the other was added bacon for $3 and they forgot the bacon on that one

I got my food and barely got any lettuce on my burger when I ordered regular lettuce. My kids found hair on one of the nuggets so the lady came to switch it out but took the nuggets that they didn't find the hair in, so they ended up finding hair on another chicken nugget. They found a piece of hair on their fries. Then I had ordered 4 large raspberry icees and they was working on that flavor so my kids picked out a different flavor and they brought out the wrong size, they brought out small icees, so they finally got that correct and finally brought my drink after that. So it took awhile for us to get our drinks....unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the hair on the food but I was ready to go after finding hair on the fries 😑😬

Every time I go to this Mc Donalds I have to wait at least 5 minutes or more before someone comes to the register to take my order. It takes just as long or longer just to make a double cheeseburger. When I get the burger it is just thrown together, everything is on one side, half the cheese is never on the bun. The burger is always cold and the patties are hard from sitting too long. Not to mention the Fry's suck royally. They are barely warm if at all and they are hard and most of the Fry's are small pieces so hard you can't chew them. I have to throw away half of my Fry's or more every time I buy Fry's. The employees stand around playing on their cell phones more than they work. I have only seen 1 good manager there in the past 31 years I've been going there.

We went through the drive thru and the young redhead lady making our coffee was so sweet, kind and humble. She took the extra time to make our coffee perfect. She had such a great attitude and delivered amazing customer service. Thank you for starting our morning off great. You are appreciated. We tried to call the store to give the manager the same review. Excellent job sweetheart, keep up the great work.

EVERYTIME I eat here it's always something... It's supposed to be a 24-hour McDonald's and go to the drive-thru at 2:00 a.m. because I'm hungry end the person working tell me they're serving nothing but chicken nuggets. There was no tea no coffee nothing but chicken nuggets literally. I feel if you're going to have a 24-hour McDonald's or any restaurant you should definitely have more to choose from than one option. And of course I get home and the nuggets are old tastes like rubber and I couldn't even eat them.
