I always order a curbside order. I’m always on the go so I go there with the expectation that my order will be delivered to me rather quickly. Last time I went, my caramel frappes took 15 minutes to get to me. And by the time they did, it was obvious that someone made them, set them to the side and couldn’t care less if I got them or not. I know it’s busy but come on guys…do better!!! I ended up going in the store after 15 minutes and asking I they were done. The lady’s attitude ( a manager no less) was so rude and dismissive.

Welp. After my long 12 shifts, I was disgustingly hungry… so I came here for the conveniency of my night just to get cold, stale food that was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it!!! The staff was very nice, but food was terrible! No sauce and everything was cold, which I don’t understand because they obviously had a number of cars in front of me.. so I don’t get why I got cold food. Like I use to work at McDonalds and this is ridiculous. It’s not like it’s hit or miss situation it’s every damn time I come to the specific location and I never get any reimbursement!

Nothing is ever fresh, even if you ask, except for the spicy chicken sandwich. And they have the best drinks. The staff is usually nice, but there's one young man that is a gentle giant. He is so kind, respectful and professional.

I’ll never rave about the food here because you get what you pay for lol. That being said, my wife, kids and I came through the drive through this evening . We received our drinks at the window but were prompted to pull in front of the building and wait for our food. An employee by the name of Coby was the one who brought us our food and I just want to give kudos to him. We received cups without the monopoly codes on them and he went and got us some nugget boxes that had the codes to make up for it. When he returned I noticed the happy meals, which were supposed to come in Halloween baskets but were not. Coby was happy to go grab us a few to fix the mistake come to find out they were out of baskets. Nevertheless I appreciate the effort. Coby was very kind and courteous through the whole interaction. I’m very please with my experience at this McDonald’s tonight because of that young man. Give him a promotion!

I came to drive thru aroun 11:40pm and I ordered a larger number 6 ranch,half cut tea ,and 2 double cheeseburger no pickles. I received spicy sauce instead on my wraps. I will not be back this is the second time I have came in at night and my order was wrong. I don't know what is going on in the store because this is not what I expected from one of the only restaurants opened late at night.
