I always order a curbside order. I’m always on the go so I go there with the expectation that my order will be delivered to me rather quickly. Last time I went, my caramel frappes took 15 minutes to get to me. And by the time they did, it was obvious that someone made them, set them to the side and couldn’t care less if I got them or not. Nothing is ever fresh, even if you ask, except for the spicy chicken sandwich. And they have the best drinks. The staff is usually nice, but there's one young man that is a gentle giant. He is so kind, respectful and professional.
