I am not usually one to write a bad review but the way PaPa John’s in picayune handled our situation was HORRIBLE customer service. We had a big birthday party this past weekend, Sunday to be exact. I placed the order in advance (thursday) and paid over the phone, it came out of our account immediately. Everything was all great and handled. I guess they’re trying to cut back while raising prices? Picayune, MS location is repeatedly doing this. Cheese, sauce, and toppings for a medium pizza (or smaller?) on a large crust, with oodles of crust. I can get bread way cheaper than pizza, so when I order pizza, give me pizza.
