I am giving this a bad review They gave the pizza to a gentleman he walked outside Discovered it was the wrong pizza, brought it back in.They gave him his pizza and they Put the pizza Back on the shelf to go to the customer that it belonged to No, no.No I said there and watch that that was just not right

Awesome customer service when I called, Kiaya helped me order pizza for the auto shop who fixed my car. I called Pa Pa John's to order the shop pizza and Kiaya did a great job with the order actually upselling me to get enough pizza for the shop. Her attitude and experience is fantastic, thank you very much.

I've done multiple delivery orders and take out and they NEVER take as long as they estimate it would have taken. Super friendly workers like most of Picayune vs the New Orleans area

I am not usually one to write a bad review but the way PaPa John’s in picayune handled our situation was HORRIBLE customer service. We had a big birthday party this past weekend, Sunday to be exact. I placed the order in advance (thursday) and paid over the phone, it came out of our account immediately. Everything was all great and handled. When the driver delivered our pizzas Sunday to the party she told us the order said cash, and that she either had to take our pizza ( that we already paid for) or we had to give her cash. Even after showing her our bank account and the money coming out of our account. We were extremely disappointed to say the least. What a horrible way to start off a birthday party. We paid twice for these pizzas. They have still yet to make it right. We have called multiple times for them to fix this issue and they are still persistent on saying our order says “cash” even after showing them proof of us paying with a card. Absolutely NEVER ordering from them again.
