I am extremely confused about the loaded cheesesteak fries. It’s definitely a bed of fries with roasted peppers and burnt to the crisp steak pieces. I can’t even chew and it’s so dry. I’m not sure if the Uber driver took the cheese off of the fries or what but I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED! I just need somebody to make it make sense I took everything out to make sure I wasn’t missing cheese sauce maybe at the bottom of the bowl there is no cheese sauce anywhere in either loaded fries cheesesteak fries that I ordered…..

Stopped for a late lunch and waited in line as it was busy. Wait time was short due to the Team working behind the counter being well organized as they prepared a number of orders quickly and accurately. Our order was a large Philly Steak sub with fries and Coke and a small Chicken Philly. My Philly was good and filling. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Philly and we both liked the regular fries. Price was reasonable considering it is located in the Florida Mall.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, I walked up to the Charlie Cheesestake in the Florida Mall, when I got there one guy was placing his order, he did not have a mask on, so I was standing to his right side about 3, 4 feet away. At that time it wass him and I standing at the counter, no one else, about a minute later a lady walked up and stood behind him, within moment's three or four more people walked up and got behind her, So the person behind the counter looked at the lady to indicate she was next, I step up and said I was next in line, the person taking the orders said you were not in line. I explained to her that I was standing over there because the previous customer did not have a mask, she then ask the lady if she would mind, the lady said she does not know, in the breath she said she works at Disney and they don't allow people to go ahead of others, so the supervisor that was taking the orders, told me that I needed to go to the end of the line where I belonged!!! What did she say, I asked for the Manager,she said the Manager will not available until 6:00pm I ask for a phone # she refused, so I asked one of the other employees, the employee walked over to the supervisor, and told her I wanted the contact # for the Manager, she told her to go the back to find it, long story short, the employee could not find it, eventually and after being at this location for 25 mins, the Supervisor come out with a paper with a name and a phone number, when I called it, the recording says the number is no longer in service. I wanted to Order 20 CS with everthing on them, I am sure this Supervisor caused this business to loose at least $200.00 not sure but I am pretty close, So I went somewhere else, Jersey Mike's and got the Cheese Stakes for my staff.it cost $246.78 She was rude, dismissive, and insulting, I will never buy food from that location again, however, I spoke with the Manager about this at Colonial, Mia, and she was very gracious and kind, if I order food from this brand it will be from that location.

Male cashier with glasses was very fast and friendly. Also gave me a very good recommendation with the bacon cheesteak. I got my food fast and it was delicious

I took a break from shopping and had lunch. I love eating at Charleys Philly Steaks when I can. I had the small Philly Cheese Steak and requested mustard but no tomato & no mayo. I received it with no mustard, but mayo was on it. I ate it anyway because I really didn’t feel like getting back in line. Employees were nice and friendly but need to listen to the orders. AURA did yell my order to the cook. The cook just didn’t get the order right.

It's okay! The Lemonade is one of the Best I've had in a minute! I would recommend it if you're looking for something different especially if you're in the area
I just love Charleys Philly Cheesesteak it is my go to food when I arrive and the last thing I have before returning to the UK (There are no Charleys in England) There are several around the Orlando area but the one at the Florida Mall just has the edge on taste but the food court is very noisy. I would recommend the food to anyone.

I was meandering around this place while my wife shopped and shopped and shopped. Then time to eat. really enjoyed what I had here; I’d never heard of Charley’s - suppose being a foreigner that’s no surprise and I understand that this place isn’t long open. I’d spent a while looking at the fast food choices on offer and I wasn’t impressed by the Asian offerings - the Chinese food looked particularly grim, over priced and over sugared and there was a Thai place that looked positively grim. I was in two minds to try five guys for the first time but I wasn’t prepared to pay their burger price so I took the smallest offering that the androgynously named Charley had on the menu. For reasons unknown to me, my very friendly server said he was adding a portion of fries for free. So I said thank you; can’t have been my good looks and certainly not my charm. I was pleased to see that my ‘steak’ was cooked in front of me. Then onions joined the ‘steak’ for sine light frying then cheese was melted atop. I didn’t recall cheese being in my order but hey-ho. All the cooked ingredients were popped on top of a boxed bread bun and the fries chucked in to the box. I saw lots of different dry seasoning choices so I tried a few and while it’s junk food I did enjoy this hot sandwich and I would buy it again at about £4. As we ate I noticed one of the guys sweeping and cleaning the food area. He told me he was in his 80’s and he had no choice but to work - surely not in the land of the free and the home of the brave? I mused give me socialism any day of the week.

I've been to different Charley's sandwich places, in Tampa and Orlando. My observation did not change. I usually get the Turkey or vegetarian sandwich, and it just does not have the flavor or the taste to it. It is pretty bland. I really did not enjoy it, and will not be back on the count of taste only.
