Ordered my pizza @9:50pm said it would be here @10:35pm it is now 11:05pm it’s 30mins late, I haven’t got a call saying it would be late or anyone notifying me called 4 times & nobody answers yet it says they close @12am… it’s evident why this location has such a low rating I don’t know whose running this store but it needs new management.

We was a little late for the buffet, we came in around 1:25 and the crew was trying to shut the buffet down and I want to guess the lady is the store manager stopped the crew n had them put fresh ones out. That’s is the type of customers service that will bring people back to eat.

When I tell you I haven't seen this many people at PizzaHut since the 90's, it was packed! The kitchen was in the weeds, the lobby was buzzing, and the staff was doing their very best. I commend the dude working the stove tremendously! He was handling customer complaints, checking folks out, and keeping the prep, kitchen, and cashier staff rolling and motivated. CUSTOMERS that gathered in the lobby waiting just like myself for an hour plus (they were backed up bad, 2 dollar personal pan special)I noticed folks come in, with phone orders already placed before arriving, being greeted with a backed up kitchen and a lobby full of people just trying to not lose their patience. Over 1000 personal pans sold, they ran out of dough and started using what they had available to fulfill orders. Lobby got there 🍕, yes it took a long time, no it didn't kill me to wait, and I was brought back to a time where families that stand in line together will usually start a conversation and I feel like we lost that for a while here. Yea, it's just Pizza Hut....I get it but all that was missing is a StreetFighter cabinet and maybe a claw machine and I would have stayed forever.
