Waited over 30 mins for my order and it never came so I requested a refund that also took what felt forever. When they brought out my receipt for the refund they brought me out my order and said I can have it anyways and it was wrong even after them having all that time to make sure it was right. Not sure who runs this location but they have some idiots who work there. I love sonic but recommend going to another location

The food isn't what it used to be, and it sure is not priced like it used to be. Usually, it's pretty decent, but on this day, not only did I get chili cheese tots instead of fries, but it tasted absolutely horrible I don't know if the grease had not been changed in a while, but it had a very strong chemical taste it was so bad I couldn't eat it.

Ordered a large custom drink almost $4.00 2 sips it's empty nothing but ice, friend gets a ocean water moderate ice still drinking there's i guess the custom drink menu is scam.
I ordered a fish sandwich with ONLY ketchup. I repeated myself 3 times and they still gave it to me dressed. They also took a long time with my order
