The guy making my 3 sandwiches was really nice. The other guy walking around with shorts, flip-flops making him a sandwich, and distraction caused me to not realize that 3 slices of roast beef on each ft long was all the meat that was on there. I thought you were able to watch your sandwich being made?! No, not any more they put a stainless cover so you can't see the meat and cheese!! So a total 9 slices roast beef 6 slices cheese( if they they put 2 on each) So I am going to name this sandwich since they like Kansas City so much: #15 cheapskate salad on bread $9.99

If I could give zero stars I would. First off the guy working was so slow and acted like he had no clue what he was doing. Then he overcharged me and charged me $20 for a 6in combo. He acted like he couldn’t give me a refund until someone else comes in the next day because he doesn’t know how. So I walked out with no food and losing $20! Now I have to take more time out of my day to go back up there to get my refund the next day. I will never go there again.

I wanted the subway club which SHOULD have turkey, ham, and roast beef. I also used to work for subway so I know there are little charts on how to the make the subs (placed above the bar). Anyways, I get home and check my sandwich and there is no roast beef on the sandwich. At the store, I assume it’s just placed under the ham and turkey but of course not. If you don’t have a specific ingredient something needs to be said. I paid for the sandwich and didn’t even get what I wanted. I’m still gonna eat because it’s not like it’s bad but I am annoyed about it.

Tried to go there at 7:30 when they don’t close until 9 neon light was on with two employees in the building but the door was locked and they wouldn’t let anyone in.

The entire veggie area looked nasty and not organized and clean. I saw the bad reviews and still gave it a shot. Ended up matching those exact bad reviews

I love the fresh veggies and baked bread. This one isn't the busiest yet everything is always fresh. Staff are pleasant and accommodating all my requests for my sandwich. Area is clean. Always plenty of parking.
