ALWAYS OUT OF 5+ items. Thennnnn when you go to order an item they didn’t mention, you get a response of “oh wait we are out of that too and our grills are down”. Let’s not forget to mention, “exact change only. No cards.” This has been 3 different times in the last week and a half. I’m not sure who is running things but they need one of two things… trained on ordering product or the awareness of how it’s being ran when management isn’t around.

Definitely need adult supervision. ALWAYS Out of half the menu. Peace out Taco hell!!! Attention corporate! Taco truck on hwy11 is much better. That's where I'll be 😆 🤣

Used to be a decent spot but my last 2 visit were horrible 1st they told me they no longer do breakfast (that's enough for me to never go back) then I went there for a chulupa and they said they didn't have any so I got a crunch wrap supreme but what makes it a supreme? Sour creme right? But I didn't get any! So I got disappointed twice in one visit thats 3 strikes. NEVER GO HERE! Let this location fail like it deserves. FYI it's a choice for each location to do breakfast or not so this one chose to fail and should be shut down.

They are constantly running out of stuff and even when they have an empty lobby the drive thru line is always backed up place needs to hire new people or close down also when you ask for a refund they refused tl give it

Never going back to this Taco Bell. They are always out of something and the workers have an attitude. We put in a mobile order and went to pick it up. We were told the drink machine was down and they couldn't give a refund and to put in a request in the app. My brother put in a separate order and waited over 40 minutes and his had less food. By the time we got home, our food was cold. They had a long line of cars all the way to Memorial. If you don't have food or drinks, stop taking orders!

Went there on 2-24-25. Asked for 2 cheesy bean burritos and 1 potatoe soft taco. Was told they were out of potatoes, rice, cheese, cinnamon and other things I can't remember because I was baffled at what I was hearing. How thf you run a franchise like this and not have the ingredients to basically make all your items. It's not the first time this has happened. Maybe three or 4 times. I finally decided to leave a comment because some new management or personal needs to happen. Smh

Always a hit and miss. Inconsistent wrong order/customizations, Takes too long even when ordering from app and there’s barely other patrons inside the restaurant or drive thru. 9 out of 10 times if I order a taco supreme, I will NOT get that!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped on the way home & had the rudest drive thru individual telling us they were out of everything and their grill was down - asked what they COULD make, and had another individual in the background hack uncontrollably so they wouldn’t have to do their JOB. and they want $15/hr 🤣 good luck in life. thumbs down 😘

Service is minus as long as i have to use a kiosk i will not be eating at your already overpriced restaurant. I do not buy gas at circle D for the same reason. If I am placing my own order inside then I should be rewarded for it. Not doing your job.
