This place is a hidden gem for a quick bite or a special drink! I’ve tried everything and I’ve loved it all! My kids are crazy about the grilled cheese, and I always have to sneak a bite too! They also have the best boba drinks in town!

The Melt is a real gem in Picayune. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food hits the spot. I ordered the patty melt and it was excellent — cooked just right, flavorful, and satisfying.
It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable right away, with service that makes you want to come back. If you’re in town and want a good meal at a fair price with great service, The Melt is definitely worth a visit.

The Turkey Pesto sandwich is excellent. Hot and melty, great pesto flavor. And dipped in the tomato soup.
The Avo Great Day salad with chicken was delicious also.
Friendly staff and owners, delicious hot food, reasonably price, and a vast variety of options.
Came in kinda grumpy, but I left with a smile.

I go here almost every time I am in town. We get milkshakes and boba and they have great sandwiches and salads. The young lady that works behind the counter all the time is extremely knowledgeable about what add ins in smoothies and shakes work well together and is just a delight to be around. Pick up your order here!
Note: The one thing I would improve is the ambiance. I wish they had some fun music playing in the background!

If you’re anywhere near Picayune, do yourself a favor and stop by The Melt Bistro + Boba. We visited yesterday and ordered two sandwiches — and these might be two of the best sammys we’ve ever had. Each came perfectly paired with ruffled chips and a little soup dipper cup, which was a fun, unexpected twist that made the whole meal even better.
The place itself feels super welcoming, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. If we lived in Picayune, we’d be regulars for sure. As it is, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Congrats to The Melt on running such a top-notch spot — keep up the great work!

Stopped in with my family while driving through. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is great! We had a muffalata, a gyro salad, a cheese and bacon melt and some flavor of Boba. Everyone loved everything.
