food i love it service on the other hand, don’t even get me started istg that young girl with the long red pony tail has hit strike 3 pull up to the window “how’s it going honey” tells us to pull forward sitting there for 10 mins comes out “i’m sorry baby” STOP IT i just think it’s rude if i were serving i would just say how is it going if there was a girl in the passengers seat personally i wouldn’t say baby or honey that’s just not okay. it’s about having respect for ppl atp. some people don’t take that as well as others this time wasn’t the only times she’s done it. i wasn’t THAT mad at the honey part was a little annoyed but the baby SENT ME

So, you can pull through the drive thru and be the ONLY vehicle and still wait 5 mintues to have your order taken. The lady at the pay window acted like I was an inconvenience and wouldn't even speak! For me to be the only car and still having to wait..shouldn't my food be hot??!! I do not pay for cold food unless i order it that way! The only reason I did not take it back was bc I have to be at work. 7.55 completely wasted on cold bacon, egg, and cheese amd the wedges have zero warmth! 100% disappointed and I will eat breakfast else where

Tuesday night, 5/20/25, we ordered 5 frosty swirls and swiftly returned them for our money back. The swirls were despicably soupy and melty. The cashier said she had to wait for her manager who NEVER acknowledged us. No customer should be treated like we were. These new frosties are expensive and I expected them to live up to their advertisements!

The service was horrible, the place was very dirty including the bathroom. Everything was empty napkins, ketchup, and the ice, they had bugs flying around the condemnation station. The tables were dirty. Our order was the wrong food.... I usually don't give reviews but this needs to be addressed. The place was really nasty, the employee work stations was dirty they didn't have the proper safety gear on to service food. I spoke with the manager on duty and she didn't even care.

UPDATE MARCH 2025 okay so I'm never the type to complain about when my order is wrong EVER but for two days now it was messed up. For instance the Pull-A-Part Cinnabon was old and very hard, my cheese fries were skimpy... i had maybe 13 fries in total and were they very old with child shredded cheese yesterday (i just went in with my day and never complained to them) now today I ordered cheese fries again and I got a whole potato instead and they didn't tell me they had no lemonade and instead gave me root beer. but the potato really threw me for a loop! so after POLITELY called up there and told the young lady what happened she not only corrected myorder but she filled the whole thing up with fries like I've never seen and gave me a free Frosty any size of my choice it was very sweet ! I was trying to buy it and she said nope its free! ❣️9/10

Let me tell you! HUGE mistake stopping there for dinner tonight. First off, the wait was stupid long. I sat idle, before even ordering for 20 minutes or more. THEN, when I get to the window, the scanner doesn’t work to earn points 😅 and last but not least, I spent $10.66 on 10 nuggets, a medium cold fry, and a medium soda. No sauce. No no! The crew acted like they had somewhere else to be. Horrible.
