UPDATE MARCH 2025 okay so I'm never the type to complain about when my order is wrong EVER but for two days now it was messed up. For instance the Pull-A-Part Cinnabon was old and very hard, my cheese fries were skimpy... i had maybe 13 fries in total and were they very old with child shredded cheese yesterday (i just went in with my day and never complained to them) now today I ordered cheese fries again and I got a whole potato instead and they didn't tell me they had no lemonade and instead gave me root beer. but the potato really threw me for a loop! so after POLITELY called up there and told the young lady what happened she not only corrected myorder but she filled the whole thing up with fries like I've never seen and gave me a free Frosty any size of my choice it was very sweet ! I was trying to buy it and she said nope its free! ❣️9/10

What can you say about a Dave's classic combo come on. Just don't ask for sauces through the drive-thru window cuz you won't get it. Used to happen every once in awhile but now it's almost every time.

Let me tell you! HUGE mistake stopping there for dinner tonight. First off, the wait was stupid long. I sat idle, before even ordering for 20 minutes or more. THEN, when I get to the window, the scanner doesn’t work to earn points 😅 and last but not least, I spent $10.66 on 10 nuggets, a medium cold fry, and a medium soda. No sauce. No no! The crew acted like they had somewhere else to be. Horrible.

Absolutely terrible not only was the employee rude and ignoring customers, they messed up our order. Went inside to get it fixed the manager looked at me and went back to playing on her phone. (All the employees saw me and no one did anything) There was 2 cars in drive thru and a couple inside eating. Half the employees was to busy playing around. Will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. This is sad and pathetic, if you can’t be polite or do your job you shouldn’t be working.
Went to drive thru had to wait for a few minutes before they even acknowledged anyone was there. Ordered kids meal for my son to get the Halloween frosty frights but to his extreme disappointment it was a book on patterns. Everytime I go to this location the experience just gets worst.

Asked for a plain bacon jr cheeseburger biggie bag plain then they want to give me my order finding out it wasn’t what i ordered this is the second time this happen. It’s a bunch of kids playing around not listening wanting to put whatever on the order. It’s very sad never getting my service again.
