Never have I seen anything like this in my life.I go in to pick up a order, and there's kids left out in the front unattended, climbing on the cabinets where people are trying to order beaten on the doors with the grown up in the back.This is horrible.I will never ever go there again
My wings was so dry. My wife and I spent $70 ordering food from here and never again. The wings were so over cooked. I've had better wings from pizza places (Papa John's and Pizza Hut) At least our fries were good.

Hickory BBQ was spicier than the original hot, and both were very salty. Fried cajun corn and fries were basically eating salt lick with Tony's on top. Absolutely disgusting

As a dasher I am here frequently. I am to the point of declining orders from this place because the 3 men making food are always tip toeing around slowly as if they are carrying eggs, do not get in a hurry for nothing, and I am tires of waiting 30 plus min on my orders. They are very respectful but honestly they need to stay home

Warning: they have a packaging issue. The food is great however do not order a large ranch. They won’t give you the standard styrofoam container. They will give you 4 of the tiny ones. Other wing stops keep the large ranch but this one doesn’t for some reason and will still charge for it. You’ll end up paying for $5 worth of ranch and not get it. Seriously, invest in large ranch containers! If you order it through DoorDash be careful because I’ve opened my bag several times to poorly packaged food and it dumped in the bottom of the bag. I will be picking other options until they resolve this.

The second time we have ordered from here and we didn’t get our complete order. Shame on us for not checking but when you are ordering 100 dollars worth of food, come on. Now driving 30 minutes back. Get it together!
Took them 40 minutes for 20 wings. Multiple people that came in and ordered after and ordered more than us got theirs first. Was told our order was being bagged but 10 minutes later still nothing. Wouldn’t even refill my drink afterwards.

This was the absolute worst I've ever seen this...after placing a $50 order to get home and have at least 5 cups of grease spilling out of both of the containers.

Went in to place an order about 5:30. There was no organization other than chaos. There is only takeout available. We ordered extra crispy. Took over 30 min. for our order. We chalked that up to ordering extra crispy. When we got home the skin was RUBBER. We checked the receipt & the cashier did put in for well-well. Kitchen staff does not read the order. The fries were soggy, limp & cold. It will be a long time before our shadow crosses that threshold again.

Location won't answer the phone.
Update: after 10 minutes of the phone ringing, someone answered, said the manager would call me back, it's 9:30 and I still haven't eaten. Tipped $10 to get scammed.
Another update, I went in because I never got a call back and the cashier found my situation humorous. Didn't want me to speak to a manager, then eventually pointed to a lady next to her listening the whole time. This location does not value customers who order a minimum of 4 days a week.

I had a weird experience with my online order at this Wingstop. When I arrived to pick up my food, I was shocked to find that one of the employees had my food in her car. When she went to get my food out of her car the bag was open, and she appeared to be taking items out of it. Given that I had already paid for the order, this was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about food handling and hygiene. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive their orders in a professional and sanitary manner, I’m not one to complain or leave a bad review but this blew my mind.
I've been to the Picayune Wingstop 4 times and I ain't NEVER had a Bad Experience. All of my orders are through the WingStop app and it's ALWAYS Ready on time. The Staff is AWESOME and the Chicken is Off the Chain Good! The ONLY BAD Thing I have to say is that the Location is VERY SMALL, but hopefully they will get a Bigger Location in Picayune in the Future.
