When I ordered my burger from the drive through I said it was very important that it not have tomato. I'm very allergic to tomato. The receipt says no tomato. I'm on the road away from pontotoc now and it has a tomato slice.

Employees always smoking weed on the porch. The General manager is by far the worst I've seen in restaurant history. Treats her employees any kind of way. I heard one in the lobby talking about how she cuts people hours because she don't like them. I didn't think that was legal. But I guess people can do whatever they want when the have a position of power. Yeah I rather go deal with McDonald's

On most days, I love the food at Jack's. I mean, you can't beat their biscuits. Service is normally pretty good. However, every single restaurant is freezing cold. I'm so thankful they have a fireplace going in the middle of summer because that is where I sit, if I go inside. No wonder they rarely have customers who dine in. I mean, my fingernails are blue and my nose is red when I leave. This is miserable cold. Customers shouldn't get hypothermia while trying to eat.

Dirty bathrooms and soap container laying in pool of soap on lavatory and also they don't take credit cards in the dining room.. I just left. This is ridiculous. I just went somewhere else they only take credit cards through the drive-thru. Who does this? LOL

Straight trash. First of all couldn’t even get a drink I wanted. No coke ohhhhh no sprite ohhhh no sweet tea??? Like damn. I had to settle for some fruit punch like I’m a child. Chicken was small asf and over seasoned same with the fries just old. Green beans TRASH. And let’s not even talk about the girls working. Just rude no greeting no have a nice night nothing. COULDNT EVEN PUT THE RIGHT SAUCE IN THE BAG. DO BETTER.

Went through drive through and immediately was told cash only. I placed my order get to the window, not friendly at all as soon as I pay was told to pull forward, no one was behind me. The young man brought my food out was texting on his cell phone. Just handed me my bag and walked back away, no hospitality.
The food was great and customer service was top notch. I'd dial back on the salt for the fries though but still a great experience. I'd definitely recommend.

Terrible management!! Worst job I’ve ever worked at. Due to high labor CONSTANTLY, hours get cut or you’ll have to leave early. UNFAIR PAY AS WELL! Also that store is NASTY! Flies everywhere, nothing is ever clean, it’s terrible!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees cussing in front of customers and children. Employees agruing amost each other. The cashier stood with her back to us as we tried to order. I get fast food, and jobs can be stressful, but come on. Slammed our tray down on the counter with our food on it. Then, flung packs of ketchup were everywhere when my husband asked for a pack. Then, she had the nerve to scold another worker for how he put the biscuit on the rack for her. Guess she wants the respect she doesn't give customers. Don't like it find another job. It is so obvious that this location has zero management to allow employees to act like animals. If this place offered free food I wouldn't go back!!
Against my better judgment I went back months after the last horrible experience. After speaking with corporate i figured things would be better. WRONG!! AND just as I suspected same ghetto attitudes.Took forever to get two sausage biscuit even though the place was empty. Needs to just shut down.

Absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever encountered I had to wait 20 minutes in a Drive-Thru for three chicken and biscuit when they finally came out and served the person behind me I asked her how much longer and she said 2 minutes after I waited another 5 minutes I pulled back and asked for a refund and she told me she couldn't get me one never apologized and told me could not give me a receipt she said the person that could do that was not there and got my name and number I asked her when she would be there and she said the lady was supposed to been there at 7:00 and it was 712 as I was leaving the parking lot I noticed an employee get out of their vehicle and walk inside so I turned around and drove back in in the lady was sitting there no one even acknowledged my presence she's still could not give me a refund and told me that it would go back on my card
