I tried this place for the first time. I left work late tired so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a 3 piece dark. I knew I should have checked the box. I get home and it’s 2 pieces of white and 1 leg. Disgusted. Pay attention to detail people. Then I ordered a half and half and all sweet tea. I went be back. Check your box people because clearly they DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Disgusted

When I ordered my burger from the drive through I said it was very important that it not have tomato. I'm very allergic to tomato. The receipt says no tomato. I'm on the road away from pontotoc now and it has a tomato slice.

Employees always smoking weed on the porch. The General manager is by far the worst I've seen in restaurant history. Treats her employees any kind of way. I heard one in the lobby talking about how she cuts people hours because she don't like them. I didn't think that was legal. But I guess people can do whatever they want when the have a position of power. Yeah I rather go deal with McDonald's

On most days, I love the food at Jack's. I mean, you can't beat their biscuits. Service is normally pretty good. However, every single restaurant is freezing cold. I'm so thankful they have a fireplace going in the middle of summer because that is where I sit, if I go inside. No wonder they rarely have customers who dine in. I mean, my fingernails are blue and my nose is red when I leave. This is miserable cold. Customers shouldn't get hypothermia while trying to eat.

Dirty bathrooms and soap container laying in pool of soap on lavatory and also they don't take credit cards in the dining room.. I just left. This is ridiculous. I just went somewhere else they only take credit cards through the drive-thru. Who does this? LOL
Straight trash. First of all couldn’t even get a drink I wanted. No coke ohhhhh no sprite ohhhh no sweet tea??? Like damn. I had to settle for some fruit punch like I’m a child. Chicken was small asf and over seasoned same with the fries just old. Green beans TRASH. And let’s not even talk about the girls working. Just rude no greeting no have a nice night nothing. COULDNT EVEN PUT THE RIGHT SAUCE IN THE BAG. DO BETTER.

Went through drive through and immediately was told cash only. I placed my order get to the window, not friendly at all as soon as I pay was told to pull forward, no one was behind me. The young man brought my food out was texting on his cell phone. Just handed me my bag and walked back away, no hospitality.
