Quaint atmosphere, friendly staff. I got a pulled pork sandwich, the pork was kinda tough but the sauce was very good and it was a large portion for the regular size. The fries were undercooked, but overall a decent meal for the price. I will return, especially when they have live music!
I drive out of my way for this place. One thing I can't stand is slimy bbq and this place doesn't serve it. Their bbq is dry pulled pork. The best I've had in MS. This is the spot. Even beats the big name folks here. Great place and good atmosphere. Nice employees.
We ate there for the first time this past weekend. The food was good, the servers were fast, polite and answered any question we had. The reason for 3 stars is while we were eating the owner came by our table and asked how the meal was, we said good then he mentioned that road kill is pretty good. Road kill is not a thought you want going thru your mind while chewing on bbq.
