I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 0415 got to the drive thru by 0425, and was not greeted or anything. It’s now 0440 and I cancelled my order because they employees came outside for smoke breaks and STILL did not say a word. Poor service. Hardee’s is where I’m going.

I have lived all over the USA. I have been to some awful restaurants, but the McDonald’s in Pontotoc, Mississippi is the absolute worst! Shall I break down the “deficiencies” (putting it lightly)? 1. AWFUL employees 2. Lazy employees 3. Dirty employees 4. Ignorant employees 6. Subordinates that are not held accountable 7. Incompetent management that lack the most basic supervisory skills 8. Owners that care as much about their customers as they do about the bottom of the barrel staff they hire 9. Total lack of competent and functional leadership 10. ZERO standards for hiring 11. Degenerate employees that lack even an elementary level of interpersonal communication skills 12. A lack of consistent visits from upper management and owners, which allows the above deficiencies to continue and worsen

The employees have the WORST attitude, especially if you choose to go inside. Please give them some lessons in how to work with the public. Even if they are having a bad day just smile and try to keep a good attitude.

We went last night 5/20/25. The worst food. We ordered fish sandwiches and they had to have been cooked hours before we came along. Unbelievably not eat able. I'll go back to Wendy's for fish sandwich.

We went inside and it was so slow and the employees were disrespectful and talking down to a guy and us for helping him it was terrible there was a family waiting for 2 hours they wouldn't refund them so they could leave the ignored when customers needed something there were customers basically working there so they could get their food and employee was on their phone the entire twe had stuff missing from our order it was a really upsetting experience I hope they get their act straight because it's not that hard we've all worked in the food industry before exactly the same but that was just ridiculous we wated an hour for 2 burgers 2 small Fry's and 2 drinks and they forgot my drink and didn't give us straws this was absolutely ridiculous hope someone gets into them honestly

I understand it does no good to leave these reviews obviously! I live in this town and this McDonald's is absolutely pitiful! The staff is rude and lazy. Nothing ever works. Show up here at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and dining room doors locked people steady walking away
