Ain’t even mad but cmon now where my pickles at on my burger

We went inside and it was so slow and the employees were disrespectful and talking down to a guy and us for helping him it was terrible there was a family waiting for 2 hours they wouldn't refund them so they could leave the ignored when customers needed something there were customers basically working there so they could get their food and employee was on their phone the entire twe had stuff missing from our order it was a really upsetting experience I hope they get their act straight because it's not that hard we've all worked in the food industry before exactly the same but that was just ridiculous we wated an hour for 2 burgers 2 small Fry's and 2 drinks and they forgot my drink and didn't give us straws this was absolutely ridiculous hope someone gets into them honestly

I understand it does no good to leave these reviews obviously! I live in this town and this McDonald's is absolutely pitiful! The staff is rude and lazy. Nothing ever works. Show up here at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and dining room doors locked people steady walking away

Orders are always wrong and staff are probably the least friendliest staff of anywhere I've ever been. (Pontotoc location). They shove the bag at you, don't look at you and/or don't speak even if you say something to them. They just shut the window. They keep your change and then get upset if you ask for YOUR OWN money that they for some odd reason decided to keep. Receipt paper just might be blank. They really are a rude bunch. Young kids with no manners or training apparently.

Definitely skip this place and just hit the Burger King. Will never get your order right (over 10+ times) and will blatantly lie to you. The lady on the phone said they serve breakfast at 2 once we pull up they say 4 or 5. Just lazy employees and even lazier managers.

Absolutely worst experience ever multiple times. They really need to just shut this one down. Can’t even get breakfast in the morning because the lazy employees are laying out in the lobby not doing anything. The sad thing is the experiences at this McDonalds does not get any better everytime I choose to eat there. Get better and less lazy employees or just shut it down.

As someone who HAS worked in fast food and knows the struggle, there is no reason for these McDonald's workers to be so rude. I walked in with a smile and the manager gave me a stank eye and was extremely disrespectful. The employees have no customer service, are rude, and the ice cream machine is ALWAYS down. It costs nothing to smile at someone.

The customer service is horrible. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt being the fact I work in a restaurant, but tonight really made me upset, the answer the drive thru with what do you want. And after repeating I want a number 5 for the girl to keep asking me do I want the meal after I said yes, the first couple times I just said you know what that’s ok. Not the first time. For a second I thought they were getting better but after tonight, I will complain to corporate until I get a response the first two times I haven’t heard nothing back after they messed my order up and charged me more for stuff I didn’t get. And than for the other cashier to be hell of disrespectful.
