Tonight I called and placed an order for take out. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and a burger steak. I was told it would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes. Once arriving the (we assume) cook told the lady who took the order that she didn’t make alfredo sauce today. Considering it had been 30 minutes since the order was taken, you would assume the order would have already been turned in to be prepared and the lady who took the order would have already had knowledge of this. You would also think they would know if something is unavailable that’s on the menu or at least took the time to call back to let us know once she turned the order in. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened when attempting to order the alfredo.

We love to eat here! I gave a 4 star on service only because they can get busy and usually only have 2 ladies waiting tables, but they do their best. I recommend the loaded tots, they are amazing!

Rough experience. Took a while. Although I didnt get what I orderer, a child across the room did and it looked absolutely delicious. I ended up with what the child presumable ordered which was the kids menu hamburger—just meat and bread. Once I discovered this, I sat in front of my once bitten burger hoping to get it corrected to what I heard the 7 year old repeatedly describe as, “much better than anything you’ve ever cooked, daddy!” The opportunity to point the mistake out to someone, however, did not present itself until much later when it was past time for us to leave. Then, at checkout, there was trouble changing the ticket to what I actually received, so, hungry and defeated, I paid for what I originally ordered: a juicy, beautiful mountain of meat, cheese, and sauce that could have been the single greatest thing I ever would have tasted. The pork skins my wife got were very good.

Absolutely by far hands and feet down the worst let me repeat that worst place I have ever eaten in my life the service sucked the food was horrible and tasteless the waitress literally spilled drink on my husband's shoes and didn't even apologize the burgers were horrible and I tried to order lemon pepper wings and they were out and what restaurant doesn't warn their customers before they order that they are out of something. if I were you I would not waste my time money or appetite on this place Montgomery's may be different but Montgomery's on main is absolutely horrible not to mention very overly priced charging $4 for a fountain drink is ridiculous especially when the waitress didn't even come back to refill any of the drinks that we had ordered. only my husband and two children ate that night and it was still almost $100 crazy priced for three burgers with fries one order of fried pickles which were so hard you might as well just have eating a rock and one order of fried mushrooms outrageous!!!! Highly disappointed and I will be reaching out to the manager and owner of the restaurant

Tried Montgomery's for the first time tonight. Hands down the best dining experience we've had In a very long time.Our waitress Zada was so full if life and energy! Our food was brought out quickly, and it was so very good! My son said to give her, and the restaurant, 10+ stars. We will for sure be going back very soon!

Reservations made for thirty people room was not set up, only one waitress even though there were others that could have helped they did nothing until we ask that someone help her and she was trying to take orders served and get drink orders They forgot tell her certain food items were not available, equipment that she had to take orders on stop working she had to write orders, one person in the party started to help get drinks and serve. Food wasn’t the best didn’t help that the service was the worst that I have ever had in any restaurant.Really felt sorry for the waitress she kept apologizing for things she was only person trying to do it all.
I visited here on a Friday just for their all you can eat tacos?. It was a longer wait for my food than I usually encounter at other places. While waiting, I order a strawberry margarita. The margarita was very bland and watery. It tasted like lightly flavored strawberry water. Finally, we get our first round of tacos just to find out that they don't have any taco sauce of any kind. Of all days, how do you not have taco sauce on "all you can eat taco night" ??♂️? The bland, watered down margarita was strike one, but no taco sauce sort of ruined the night for me. Before I leave, I decide I wanna try one of their chocolate chip cookies... they were out of chocolate chip cookies too??.
