This particular Sonic may not be the worse, but it is certainly far from the best. The one with the white/yellow bad bleached and fried hair has an attitude that matches the hair…HORRIBLE!

First time I've had an experience such as this at this location. After placing my order I waited 27 minutes. At this point I contacted to inquire if my order was fully submitted. (It was submitted for the wrong stall) Reasonable enough. Once my food arrived this is what I received. I did ask to add some jalapenos and onions but I didn't mean throw a whole jar on it as well as no onions and I had to call back for a fork/ napkins because this was a mess. Just the type of experience at the end of your personal 60 hour work week. VERY DISPLEASED WITH SERVICE.

Ordered two chilli cheese wraps with hardly enough chilli on them to taste ... so bum0ers in New Albany will get my business from now on!
Ordered 3 drinks today, 2 had very little flavor. Pushed the button and told the lady we weren’t pleased with them, she said she’d remake them. The carhop brought them out, she had an attitude with us, and took back the 2 original drinks. The drinks were $3.15 each, so yeah we expected them to be what we ordered. The 2 remade drinks weren’t much better either. When a customer complains, that isn’t your cue to be rude.

The letters on the menu are too small. You have to be sitting in the driver seat to see the sizes and even then it's hard.

I go about 3-4 times a week & 90% of the time I have the same old, crouchy, rude, hates her job, carhop! Next time I go, I will be sure to tell them not to send her to my car! She has never once asked how my day was, or said thank you, or have a nice day! She walks up aggressive, hands me my stuff and immediately walks away!! She definitely doesn’t need to be working with the public! She ruins my day everytime!! Do better with your employees!! Her name is Betty.. if you didn’t already figure that out!

Ordered a large order of mozzarella sticks. Also asked a total of 3 marinara sauce. Order was delivered with only 2 sauces but they did bring me another one. After I drive off, I realized there were only 7 sticks. Didn't bother going back.
