Ordered 3 drinks today, 2 had very little flavor. Pushed the button and told the lady we weren’t pleased with them, she said she’d remake them. The carhop brought them out, she had an attitude with us, and took back the 2 original drinks. The drinks were $3.15 each, so yeah we expected them to be what we ordered. The 2 remade drinks weren’t much better either. When a customer complains, that isn’t your cue to be rude.
I go here mostly for drinks. I will occasionally get food. In 20+ years of going to Sonic, I'd say maybe...10 of those orders, food wise, were right. If you order food, there is a 99 percent chance it will be wrong. Unless u order everything the way it comes. If u order, for example, a cheese burger with no onions. You will get a slice of toast of toast and a bag of warm, chopped onions. If u ordered a burger, no pickles, and fries, you would get a cup of onion rings half...
Seems I can order cheddar peppers with a burger combo on the app but not in person. That's just d**** And if you don't ask for the sauce you suppose to get with your item, you don't get it. Not so great anymore ?
