Best food in Pontotoc! Friendly suggestion though, I would love to see a cash register specifically for online/to-go orders like most other restaurants. It kind of defeats the purpose of placing your order in advance when you still have to wait in line 15 minutes to get it. Also wish you were open on Sunday! 😉
10/10 Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 Me and my parents heard about it, glad we stopped through, try the CBR potato it was massive, saved half an got blue monster Ice cream on the way out with m&ms it was delicious 😋

Got all the trappings of a fast food restaurant, but it's not a fast food restaurant, sort of. Spud's is unique, with a full service lounge inside, but the real story is the restaurant itself. When you walk in, you order from a walk up counter and find a place to sit down. And moments later, out comes your food. And it's really good food and freshly cooked. It was delicious and plenty to eat. Has me convinced that good food can be found, quickly.

Extremely displeased with this place. I went through the drive through about 3:15 pm today and there was no one in line other than me. My son had to look at the menu and it took a minute or two. The lady on the intercom was being very rushy and honestly rude as hell. When we got to the window she acted extremely annoyed we were even there. I ordered a chicken PHILLY wrap but they gave me a chicken club wrap. I also ordered a grilled chicken salad and found a hair in my salad. It’s my fault for not checking the bag before we left about the wrap but I would have had to open it up completely before leaving which seems unnecessary. The hair in my salad is unacceptable. I paid $43 for awful service and for things to be wrong with my food. They need train more on customer service because that will make people not come back more than anything .
