I had to most terrible experience possible. I placed a pick up order through door dash it was paid for by me, my name, last 4 digits of my card even showed her my ID and this person did not want to give me my food. Said I had to confirm the order but my phone had unfortunately died right when I pulled in, mistakes happen right, she was basically holding me, my five year old and my food hostage all because I couldn’t confirm MY pick up order. I’m a bar manager and use DoorDash everyday and not one time does the customer have to confirm the order. We “the restaurant” simply push a button that says “customer picked up”. I showed her my ID that showed the exact name on the pick up order and she still didn’t wanna give me my food. I can’t make this up y’all. She got me so upset and in front of my son too?! It would be different if the food wasn’t paid for.

Don't order online they evidently don't know how to read. I ordered extra sauce and barely got any. My wife ordered light on the mayonnaise and got extra it is a slider, not requested, not easily missed. We also asked for toasted, and they are cold.

Very dry atmosphere. Workers are very dry and not friendly. I kept saying how I wanted bell pepper and she put pickles on the sandwich. She finally corrected it. At checkout, she still seemed as if she was in a bad mood. She rushed preparing my sandwich.

Sandwich is freezing. And I’ll never understand why yall cut a freaking sandwich. TURN UP THE TOASTER & CUT THE SANDWICH OR FREAKIN DONT AT ALL. I PAID $17 for a cold foot long that’s a partially cut mess. This subway in particular is absolutely garbage.

I arrived tonight May 9th at 9:40 pm to be told they would not heat or toast because they were already starting cleaning with a store full of customers. As I was leaving she was still mouthing off because I said I would just go some where els. The younger teenager just hung her head as I ask for manager name and hers in a calm voice. And very politely she told me she didn't have to give me her damn name.

I went to get a sub. when i walked in i didn’t get greeted and it felt like it was attitude when i was placing my order wit the young dark hair white girl… then the other young girl was great i loved how she took my order.. i got to the paying register and the young dark hair white girl slung my food across the counter too me with a attitude and snatched my coupon i would like yall too talk to her that is not okay i will not go there while she’s there.

I was trying to buy the bogo, buy one get one free. I have the app but didn't understand how to pull the coupon/special up. I ask them 2 or 3 times to help. Then it's getting to where the sandwiches are a joke compared to the pictures. We always get steak and cheese but the amount of meat was a joke. It could hardly be seen, much less tasted. This was subway in pontotoc ms

It is kind of expensive but everything is now. The service depends on the time, not the person, in my opinion. They make this food to order. If u go in at like 7pm when there's 15 others in there, it makes sense that the sandwich may not be stacked perfectly, and there might be a little extra sauce than last time. You're the 16th individual they've served in 15 minutes. Be patient. All in all, you ate it and it tasted the same. Overall, it's a good experience and the new manager is not only professional, but a great trainer and funny. Really lightens the restaurant up.
