The slowest fast food joint around. We wait atleast 45 mins everytime we decide to order food from there. Not the kind to throw somebody under the bus it's ridiculous.
The service at Pontotoc, MS location is pathetic. The workers are not friendly nor do they care about the customers.. I sat in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes and it moved up one car in that amount of time. The line was almost backed up to the street entrance so I decided to park and go inside instead. That was an even bigger mistake on my part. It was probably a dozen workers . Their only concern was running their mouths, laughing and talking. All of them were hands on but at a ridiculously slow pace. It took one young man about 11 minutes to wrap 3 tacos. Then we received no taco sauce or napkins in our bag. This is not the first time this has occurred but I live out of town and specifically drove to Pontotoc for Taco Bell hoping things had changed. Well it hasn’t. I do not recommend this location nor will I ever return to it.

I'm typing this as I sit in the driver through line. I've been here for 35 minutes currently when I started out with six cars ahead of me. I'm going to be late for work because there's no way out of the line once you're in it. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This Taco Bell is so slow. We sat in the drive thru for 10 mins then decided to go inside to order. This has been a 37 minute Taco Bell trip. Ridiculous. someone fix this. When we got one of our items it didn’t even have chicken inside.

after working for literally 15 hours me and my friend ordered ahead on the app before we pulled up to taco bell. once we park a employee literally sprinted to lock the door on me and my friend. we didnt think too much about it considering it was later at night. so we sit in the drive thru for 5 min to see if anyone answers. nobody did so for 45 min of sitting there just talking the workers were sitting in the lobby on their phone the whole time. we ended up going to mcdonalds down the road. came back. they were still sitting down on their phones in the lobby.

Pulled in on Sunday night before 9pm….was told they were not taking any more orders but yet they close at midnight!!!! Folks continued to come in behind us with app orders hit yet we couldn’t place an order. Do better Pontotoc Taco Bell!!!!!!

Walked in, self order system not working. Multiple employees making food, no one at counter to take order. Waited 18 minutes to order before I walked out. Employees were aware I was there, aware that I needed to place an order but ignored me.

I always order ahead. Every single time I wait in the drive thru for 45+ minutes. Sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before they acknowledge you. Ridiculous.

If I could give a negative star, this is what I'd give the taco bell in pontotoc, ms. Dined in. Only had 3 small orders. Literally took well over 45 minutes to get our food AND drinks. Then the order wasn't complete. They literally worked the drive through orders the entire time we were waiting, and it wasn't even busy. Other people in the lobby started demanding to see the manager. Wanting refunds. Nothing. No manager on site. One man had 2 burritos and it took 45 minutes. This is not the first time this happened. I thought they were having an off day and it would be better today. This taco bell needs some SERIOUS management takeover. ALSO the women's bathroom has water stains with mold starting to grow around them on the ceiling.

The order was right except for the fact I got 2/4 of my order, I was supposed to get 5 layer burrito, chicken Chalupa, dorito taco and chips and nachos cheese. I didnt get the chips and cheese nor the Chalupa. Took 30 minutes for this order and a man was asking for a refund for 30 more minutes the manager did not once come out to refund him, he eventually got his meal. This taco bell sucks.

So I go in order my food I'm watching the guy that's making my food I get my food just to make sure it's all there and what I order the guy gets mad because it's not right and he has to make it over BFFR bro how you get mad at me for your mistake

I got there at about 9pm. There were only two cars in front of us in the drive-thru. the first car pulled up to the window just as we pulled up behind the other. we legit waited 20 minutes behind the car at the speaker and then they finally took the cars order. we then pulled up to the speaker. it took 5 minutes before they took our order. after we pulled to the window, mind you we haven't paid, they took about 10 minutes just to get our food prepared and then let us pay. as we were sitting there, I'm guessing she was the manager, the white lady said to her coworker that she waits until the food is done before even letting the customer pay.
As someone who has worked in fast food and in drive-thru, that is NOT acceptable. Taco Bell needs to find better work management and NEEDS to have better customer service! My order was a total of four food items and ONE drink. it should not take that long just to order.
Also, they didn't even package the tacos right in the little casings they come in before they wrap them.
