Took 45 minutes to get 1 supreme taco and when I got it, it was a black bean chalupa. If you are in a hurry I would not recommend stopping by.

Advertising breakfast on the drive thru, just to be informed, after waiting 5 mins to be assisted, that it has been discontinued almost 2 months prior... Management needs to get it together at this location. The lady at the drive-thru was polite and apologized.

When I went through the drive thru I specifically said NO TOMATOES on my Crunchwrap bc I am allergic to them and what do they do put double the tomatoes. I guess they were trying to kill me.

Staff was having issues within themselves. One employee was walking around with his music playing loud while he was stocking the napkins,hot sauces, etc.

If they get your order right, then hurray!! Staff isn't always friendly. Most are but you'll get that one that will make you go Karen. Lol. One guy at the window kept messing up my drink order. I got the first drink and realized it was 100% WRONG so I told him what it was supposed to be. He apologized and fixed another which before I even touched it saw it too was wrong. He said sorry again and fixed a third drink which was finally correct. I handed him the first drink which I was still holding and he basically said no. "We can't take that back" is what he said. I told him I didn't want it. It's not what I ordered. So he just slammed the window in my face and stared at me. So I went inside and set it on the counter with him looking at me.

So while I was there the cook started talking rude to the rude customer then they had to hold the cook back from going out with the rude customer whom was at that time going to get his gun from the trunk so yeah bad review

Taco Bell pricing is out of control. I understand inflation but you are now paying the same price for a single taco as you would pay for a burger at some places and when was the last time you ordered 1 taco? Bring back a value for the love of all that is holy.
