Totally disappointed of the food I was excited to order for a family of 5 the Krabby patty meal We got totally just a plain burger with sauce we was told we couldn’t get our drinks that came with the meal because their machine was down manager and other employees where really nice but I feel that it was a totally disappointment because Wendy’s was promoting something a whole lot of different than what we got for that price I could have just ordered a regular menu item and it would have been a whole lot cheaper it wasn’t even worth it to take a picture of it it was just unnecessary to do so it was a total disappointment

You should not let people sleep in dining area where people come in to eat I never seen that before an hour then young man with the person sleeping kept walking around and around the dining area someone needs to look into this

As a customer, I'd rather take my chances with any of the other restaurants in Pontotoc. Speed and accuracy aren't their priority. As a former employee, I will say that the place is relatively clean. (Unless you go in after a big rain, in which case the freezer and walk in cooler flood and stuff that shouldn't be stored on the floor sometimes gets wet.) But it's possible thar has changed, assuming some of their managers actually stepped up to do their jobs.
