today we didnt get any of the food we ordered right even after we told them specifically twice what we wanted. saw an employee prepare a fry for a drive through costumer and ate a few. just speechless

We have not been to Hardee's in a long time. My husband ate the mushroom swiss burger , I had the pulled pork burger. Fries where fresh, burgers where so good and the employees where super nice.

I normally dont leave reviews but the drive through customer service is trash. No greeting, suggestions no southern hospitality. I went on 2 occasions and experience this from the same person. My business was not appreciated
Went through drive through lady couldn’t get order right then got angry. I was told to pull around the older lady and young lady were so high they couldn’t function, and very rude at the window. Told them we didn’t want to be served with the rudeness, and left. Skip this hardee’s if you can.

Starting off, it's fast food. The food is edible and the service is quick. But there are employees there that have been very helpful and go above and beyond their minimum wage (I'm assuming) job. Even the managers there do what they can, given limited resources and pay themselves. The employees are what keep me coming back, not the food. They deserve much more than whatever Hardee's corporate designates for them!

It had been MANY years Since I had eaten at a Hardee's. I walked in at 10:45am to a empty restaurant BUT I WAS ahead of lunch. I WAS REALLY disappointed. To BE BRIEF: the FRIES WERE REALLY GOOD but the #2 Burger was REALLY BAD !!! THE MEAT HAD NO FLAVOR AT ALL. SADLY, I DON'T THINK I WILL DO BURGERS THERE ANYMORE. I MIGHT TRY THEIR BREAKFAST ENTREES SO MAY BE A UPDATE IN THE FUTURE. [ fyi - your LINK DIDN'T WORK ]

The young man at the drive thru wasn't very pleasant when I asked if I could make my husbands biscuit a combo the hash browns were COLD and my biscuit was hard and $12.00 is way 2 high espresso for the terrible food we received! You'd think I'd be compensated with some sort of coupons other then the ones that come in the mail and I'd like to add I hardly ever eat here bc my order has aways had something or another wrong with it the only reason I came this morn was bc there wasn't anything open yet! So I'm just wondering who pays these ppl to say what they say on these surveys bc Quitman Ms Hardee's has nasty cold food the best thing they have going for them are their Dr. Peppers and there chocolate shakes!
