At least it was no worse than normal. Dont know which was closer to cold, the fries or the #5 combo that cost twelve bucks and was honestly worth about four. Back in the day, you switched to thick burgers cooked to order, and we learned to wait longer, but they were at least warm. I dont know why I come here. It always sucks. I have been coming here for over five years and even though there have been many many personnel and management changes, it always remains the same. . If I weren't hungry and another hardees twenty five miles away i would stop coming. My fault for coming I guess.

We stopped at Hardee's in Quitman, MS on May 26 and the staff was absolutely the friendliest staff we've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant, also probably one of the cleanest. The food was fresh and good.

Amazing customer service, the manager was on her game keeping the team motivated, very kind employees and they were all happy to satisfy the hunger of my family of 5, fast and friendly. Go show them some love and try those amazing chicken ranch wraps.

My main complaint is with the breakfast. The biscuits are always so hard and dry. I thought they were supposed to be soft and fluffy, airy almost, but every morning the top and bottom feels stiff as a board while the food in the middle is cooked to perfection. I don't know how that happens, but might want to turn the heat down on the biscuits. Light and airy is what you want, not hard and dry.

I suggest this spot for breakfast or lunch as a quick meal over the McDonald's down the street from here.The people are always kind. Plenty of Unsweet Tea. Food is always fresh and well packaged. You don't have to turn around for napkins or condiments.

I got 2 simple burgers. They completely messed up the first time. I go in and they mess it up a second time after showing them the receipt.
