All of our food was simply atrocious! The restaurant was so unorganized and chaotic. It took forever to get her food and then we didn’t even get all of the food, so I had to go and stand in line to get the rest of our food. The building was beautiful, too bad the food wasn’t. This experience just reaffirm why I had not been to a McDonald’s in over five years and I’ll not be back in the next five years.

It depends on the morning if the buiscuits are too hard, depends on the afternoon if the chicken is too dry, you will never get more than ONE sauce per 6 McNugget unless you pay extra for it. The morning smoothies are divine!! The sodas could be good, could be bad. Its a middle of the road kind of stop.

They gave my order to someone else in drive thru. Then brought me the same bag that has been in someone else's car. I go in to get a refund and they said they didn't know how to do a refund so I said I'll stand here till someone does and they finally got me a refund. I won't never be back cause McDonald's management apparently sucks.

Wow wow wow. We stopped to get coffee and a drink. First off, you could not hear the worker through the speaker. THEN the frappe machine was “needing to be cleaned” Like WHATTTT it’s breakfast time. People are gonna want frappes. They then had to refund us for something we didn’t pay for because they out accidentally put it on there. NOT to mention after we payed, when we pulled up to the second window, she said one of the drinks we wanted was out, so we had to pick a new one. WELP ☝️ that would have been nice to know before we payed.

Stopped here as a rest stop on our way to the beach, and found clean bathrooms, quality food, and excellent service. The ice cream machine was working! When we received our kids meals, they didn't have the advertised toy, and they told us when we asked that they were out. But as we sat there, a worker brought us a couple they had managed to find in the back.
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes never got help....peeped around the counter all the young ladies had their phones up to their face not giving a damn if I got help or not

You want to know what's wrong at this location. There are more people in the lobby to "talk" to employees then there are employees and they can't get anything done. Been waiting 15 minutes for some 2 cookie boxes.

I consistently receive the worst service I have ever had from any McDonalds. There MAY BE 3 employees who smile and seem to SOMEWHAT ENJOY and VALUE their job. This store MUST HAVE the worst serving times in the state, OR they serve the orders off in the system, whether they actually serve the order or not. Each time I visit, I say I will never go back...until I realize there isn't a lot of choices in this town. The food is ok.

It's Iffy, often hard to communicate when ordering. You have to ask for Napkins condiments, and usually Fresh Fries.
