It was ok ...i have had real italian food in Italy and this wasn't the best in my opinion but it was ok in a pinch

We were very excited to go to Mimmo's as we had heard some great things about it. Overall I was underwhelmed. The pizza did not have enough sauce or cheese and this deficit left it a little flavorless. My nephew's spaghetti and meatballs was a generous portion, but there were only two small meatballs included. The bread and oil brought to the table was the best thing about the meal. My mom's side salad included enormous slices of cucumbers and Roma tomatoes that left it a little unappetizing. She left them on her plate. All in all we were expecting a better experience, but it wasn't all bad. I have a feeling that pizza might not be a specialty and that meals might be better. I'm not sure I would return to see however.

Delicious eggplant parmigiana, Italian margarita's and excellent service by Alex. Very nice atmosphere and of course the homemade bread and Mimmo's own dipping oil is always good! They also have a fire bricked oven for their pizza that cooks a very nice thin crust! I highly recommend!

Our food was delicious! We had a group of 7, and it is typically difficult to please everyone. We had zero complaints. Our service was good as well. You must try the garlic rolls!

Lovely escape to Italy in the middle of a Mississippi small town. The service was attentive and polite and prompt. My friend had a Mediterranean salad with chicken which she raved about. My Pasta Bolognese was delicious. Very inexpensive and very good. A must visit!

Thiz place is a nice Gem in Quitman. We live an hour and 15 minutes away and gladly drive there for the great Italian food ?.

If your looking for authentic Italian food then you've gone to the right place. Mimmo's in Quitman and Laurel MS is more than a pizzeria the specials they have, like lobster stuffed ravioli is one my wife's favorites. Don't get me wrong Mimmo makes outstanding pizza as well and they're mouth watering.

I can't say enough about how great the Quitman location is! Didn't care for the Meridian restaurant. The food was ok but the service, disposable cutlery and ambience was not so appealing. I still rate 5 stars for Quitman.
