Worst Subway I’ve been to. We waited 40 minutes in there just for two sandwiches and a pretzel. The two workers in there at the time didn’t speak much to us at all, the girl taking my order just looked at me and just expected me to start talking. 20 of the minutes were them very slowly getting butter for the pretzel. I kid you not, it reminded me of the sloths on Zootopia.

The "manager" Natasha is a mess. The two workers were absolutely precious and kind. I feel bad for them having to work under Natasha. I only spent 5 minutes in there and could tell Natasha needed a nap ... not only to fix her attitude but to get her mind right. She was so confused and unable to keep up with what was happening. The guy in front of me couldn't remember the name of the white macadamia cookie and kept pointing at it and asking Natasha what it was called. She just froze and stared like she legitimately could not remember. I spoke up and said he is wanting the macadamia cookie and then she repeated it as if she knew that the whole time? So either she knew it the whole time and was trying to embarrass the customer or she couldn't think of it and had to get a customer to remind her. Either option is not good. When it was my turn to be rung up she told me my total and I swiped my card and she waited and waited and waited. She finally looked at her screen and said oh yeah that's right our machine is down. It'll have to be cash. I looked at her like she must have just misspoken because 1st of all she kind of mumbled it like she was talking to herself or reminding herself, not as though she was speaking to me. And 2nd of all because there was no sign indicating any need to pay cash only. So I asked her to repeat herself and she said it again with this weird smirk on her face like she was enjoying this encounter. So weird. I told her that she probably ought to have a sign up if she's not going to accept cards and she smiled really big and picked up a sign on printer paper and said, "I just printed it and was about to put it out." She had this "I told you so" toddler-esque way about her. Like she was proud to be acting like a 3 year old. If she behaves this way with customers I'd hate to see how she behaves with those sweet workers. Luckily I had cash. I wonder what she would have done if I didn't? Just smile super big and happily throw my custom sandwich in the garbage? Probably. Anyways, after I paid, she shoved my receipt into my bag and walked away... leaving her "cash only" sign still sitting behind the register and starting to the back to tell the employees how to do something. I almost grabbed the sign and put it out for the next unsuspecting customer but decided I better leave before Natasha figures out I'm going to put her on blast. An observer stated they know her and said she's all over the place and has an attitude and refuses to ever stop (even more reason ole girl needs a nap).

Worst Subway in the existence of Subways! They never have enough employees. Always messing up your mobile order. Just spent 45 min in line for my mobile order...... that was ready and sitting on the toaster oven!!!! Just go eat somewhere else. It ain't worth the headache! Edited to add...... he was also asking myself and another customer if we had some hard liquor in the car for him. Top notch service I tell ya

Manager Natasha can’t make a sandwich to save her life. She drowns every sandwich in whatever sauce you ask for even when you ask for a small amount. You can select “less” on the mobile app and she drowns the sandwich. I walked in today as she was making our 4 sandwiches and she was literally dumping mayonnaise out of the bag it comes in, onto my sandwhich. Don’t even think about ordering salt and pepper! My wife and I have thrown the last two sandwiches away that she made. It is the worst service of any subway that I have ever been to and I frequently go to others in Meridian. Absolutely pathetic.

Been here multiple times. The food is usually set up before 8am and just sits there until they decide they want to help you or tell you they don't open until 9am. When they are open the person running the show is usually in the back and has to be summoned by someone working the gas station register or by getting their attention another way.During lunch things aren't much better. Having warm meat on what is supposed to be a cold sandwich isn't my idea of fun. I can only imagine the lack of cleaning done in the meat bins or any of the bins for that matter.After the most recent trip to this location we have decided to go elsewhere when we want a quick bite. There is nothing QUICK about this location..Or clean.. Seeing some of the food items and how they make things have turned us off completely.

I wish I could remember the name of the young girl who waited on me. Anyway, she was the sweetest and did an excellent job. The sandwiches were excellent best subway I ever had! I hope she has a great evening. She knows what she is doing!! Good job!

DO NOT order subway platters from the Quitman Subway. They will take your order, but if they decide to close early your order is not filled leaving you without food that you had planned on. Make your own platter. it will be better anyway.

I will say if you ask nicely you will receive. It's our Only sandwich shop and I appreciate it. If you have any problems just talk to mgmt, they will make it up.

My husband came sown to Subway to get me supper sense I'm in the hospital. He got me a footlong ham and cheese like always. I have always gotten my lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Well today they barley gave him enough lettuce for it and only gave me 3 tomatoes dor a footlong. Then when I called down there I got hung up on. Explaine to me how 3 tomatoes is going to work on a footlong. I hope she enjoys that dang stuff she didn't give to me. She said they were out of tomatoes. But they weren't cause he saw them in the pan along with lettuce. So I know the weren't out. But they were out of sliced cheese cause he had to get this shredded herself for it.

Service very slow and bread was not fresh as they advertise on TV. Plus I was the only one there and still had to wait. But the young lady was very polite.she she just needs to get motivated.

Literally just watched the MANAGER take the trash out while our sandwiches were toasting. She came back, took her gloves off and put new ones on without washing her hands.
