I've eaten all across the United States and consider myself a food connoisseur. Alas in the small town of Quitman, Mississippi - I found one of IF NOT > THE Best Japanese Restaurant Serving Hibachi & Sushi style food. The food was cooked with attention given to FLAVOR and the QUANTITY was GENEROUS. the PORTION given with a kids menu WAS MORE than I could finish in one sitting. I tried the kids COMBO Hibachi and I had leftovers to bring home with me. The combo also gave me a chance to sample FIVE items !!! The steak pieces Were more tender than I've had at some steak restaurants. The Shrimp were LARGE size So each one was a mouthful. The vegetables, rice and noodles Were SEASONED beautifully which allowed you to ENJOY each bite. ☆The New Orleans Roll is one option that is NOT Sushi but Has seafood rolled with rice & sauces. Yummy ! * THIS restaurant DESERVES a MICHELIN STAR ☆ - for ITS FOOD !

Truly, the best sushi my wife and I have ever had in our lives. I first discovered this place when I was out there for work. It was so good that I have been talking about it with my wife and my family for almost a year now. The owner, Hendry, it’s such a great guy and such a passionate chef.
As a further testament for how good his food is, I took my wife and daughter a 4+ Hour drive so that they could experience it as well. The one word I would use to describe how delicious his food is is Euphoric.
You must try this food! Five stars! I look forward to him expanding one day so that more people can experience the joy and flavor that our family did.

I love this restaurant! Food is fresh, made to order. Salad dressing is the BEST anywhere! I’m looking forward to the new shrimp tempura. I went today, but when I got there I remembered they close on Mondays. Well there’s always tomorrow.😊
