Visiting my parents home in Utica an and wanted some Sonic's so I stopped in Raymond. This business so unprofessional it’s ridiculous I made a mobile order when I was ten minutes away and still had to wait 30 plus minutes because I ordered online I was told I couldn’t get a refund but they were more than happy to give me a drink or ice cream like wtf do better sonic employees

The Raymond MS Sonic very rarely prepares our order correctly.
You can see how neither order is correct. No lettuce on one, no tomato on the other. This happens often.
I have also ordered the steak sandwiches through the sonic app before. I always arrive before the order has been prepared, so I can ask to add pickles on both sandwiches because the app doesn’t give an “add pickles” option for steak sandwiches.
One of my visits I was told I had to pay extra for the pickles. So I responded that I had never been charged to add pickles. I was told again there would be a charge. So I mentioned that I’d like to get a discount for the tomato and lettuce I asked not to be put on the sandwiches, or we could just make a trade for the pickles.
I have a long lists of issues that have taken place, but I don’t have the time or patience to text out the entire “book”.
I certainly hope things get better. But, for things to improve, you have to know that there are problems.
The Clinton, Ms Sonic is a much better establishment.
Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be fired. My family and I were waiting for our food for almost 40 minutes because she did not help that poor girl carhop. We can see everything thru the window, we also heard her cussing out the other employees for simply asking her for help. I’d hate to work here with a manger like that. I thank Destiny and Summer for giving us great customer service under all of that stress. But this store is awful.

Online order took over 20 minutes after I arrived. Pressed red button to check status after waiting with no response from red button after nearly 10 minutes. Several others also waiting.
I would leave if I hadn’t already paid in app.

The quality of my experiences here has been varied in the past but my food was good today and I really like this location overall.

A couple issues to take a look at:
-my stall never gave me payment options once I ordered. Fortunately, I had some cash to pay for my order.
-bathroom light needs replacing. I had to get creative to see what I was doing.

Starve yourself before you eat here. I wasted 15 minutes just for the car hopper named Dylan to come out to me and tell me I was being issued a refund with no reason. Who ever is the cook on 10/17/2024 needs to do better. This is not the only time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Used the sonic app spent 20 dollars on food tipped the server 5 dollars came out and said that their ice cream machine was broken and was rude about it like it wasn’t worth her time asked if i could just get a refund for the blast that I already paid for and she said that she didn’t know how to do that and asked if we would like a drink or slush instead but it was 7.90 for the blast so I lost money just by using the app which is suppose to save money so long story short service sucked food wasn’t made right and we won’t be going here again

Stole my money
I ordered my food online paid and when I got there they only gave me part of my order. Apparently their ice cream machine was down and all they had to say was " can we get you anything else" I said a refund and almost aweek later I still haven't received anything. This was after having to chase someone down to even know where the other part of my order was. So unprofessional

Crystal is the best! Sonic in Raymond, MS really cares about their customers. Crystal went above and beyond to make my order perfectly delicious. I had a wonderful experience at the Sonic in Raymond, MS.

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to! I waited almost 40 minutes for my order. When I finally received my order I was missing the patty from my sandwich!! I will never come here again.
