Soggy fries from 2 different locations 100 miles apart over the course of the last 3 days. The garlic butter bacon cheeseburger is dripping with fake butter flavor and so salty it's inedible. I won't be bringing my business to another Sonic location ever again.

Sonic service has been all over the place depending on the location, in turn, so has the food. The drinks are the only reason I go back. You never know what you are going to experience from one trip to the next.

Everyone was so nice my food was fresh and budget friendly and the service was amazing I waited maybe 4 extra minutes for fresh good but it was worth it !Parking: There are plenty of stalls to park atWheelchair accessibility: Yes there was space available for wheelchair

Pushing the button but no response, got food elsewhere.

I waited 10 minutes and they finally took my order… pressed the button to follow up 10 minutes later, they had no record of my order…they come out concerned and asked “what did you order” …. That’s a total of 25 minutes and I had to leave empty handed to get back to work on time. my entire lunch break I waited and had no lunch for the day. No excuse will suffice for this. Stall 12 between 1:30-2pm… p.s. it was not even busy … if this the service they are providing, how are they even open
My 14 yr old ordered a milk shake and roughly 10 minutes later was commenting about his shake having a sour taste. He was complaining about his stomach hurting. I only went there because I had business to take care of in the area. I will not be going back to this one.

Update: The drive thru comment is about a different Sonic (Vicksburg). This Sonic served me well and had excellent food.They only have drive thru at night. Slow service but food was good.
