Not very welcoming at all. Just opened and already out of bread. Managers sitting around offering employees popcorn while they are trying to make a sandwich. Walked in was not treated as a priority or like they even wanted my money. Not the first time experiencing this but I thought id try again after a year. Still the same issues.

This is my second time within 3 weeks walking out of this location without a sandwich due to rudeness and unprofessionalism. I called the location afterwards and found out it was the manager. It’s very sad to hear an employee complain about doing what they get paid to do.

This location is passable for not having many options. However, they sometimes get sloppy when you purchase on the app. They will call you because you removed lettuce; then, miss the cheese that was specifically requested and on the directions that are written out for them. Often let inventory run low and run out of ingredients.

How can a store be out of the most basic ingredients? bread, cheese, pickles. Every time I have tried to eat there they are always out of something. There is a grocery store in walking distance. When I worked in a restaurant, if we ran out of something that could be bought from the local store, they went and bought it.
